Fast shipping great products

I order parts on June 9 and it is now July 14 and no parts I have called 3 times and was told that I would be called back and guess what no call no information !

I received it in jsut a few days.

I recently had difficulty with the flag pole shipping. Today I've gotten the original and the "extra" EVA had shipped to our home in Orangevale, CA. We are MOST appreciative or her and her customer service to make our order complete. We have been flying a flag at our home every day since I was discharged in Feb 1972. We have five children, 23 grandchildren and 12 great-grandhildren. They know the role of the American flag in our lives. Thanks, so much, once again. And a tip of the hat and a hearty smile of friendship to EVA.

I am extremely please with all of the products delivered. Complete success. My neighbors have all stopped by to say how pleased someone on the block has installed a flagpole and how beautiful it is. I live in an H. O. A. community. I do have one slight issue to bring to your attention. I ordered a 3 x 5 POW/MIA flag. it was delivered, and I installed it on a calm day, with no wind. The packaging stated it was a 3 x 5 flag, but when a nice breeze came along, the actual flag is a 4 x 6. I have no problem with the size, and I am will to forward the difference in price because I have installed it. Again, Thank you for a quality product and the support you have given me these past couple of weeks. I appreciate you efforts.

The top on my pole has a groove for the top flag clip to fit into. Do you sell a set like this, or do I need to drill and tap my pole to make the kit I bought work?
