placed an order on December 7th, 2025. They charged me and never delivered the product. I reached out in January for an order status and they responded with "checking into it". One month later requested cancellation of the order and full refund. Nothing to date. Very disappointing

They have not sent the flagpole. They have not offered a refund. I’m trying to charge back through Amex. Nightmare.

I recently ordered and received a Minnesota state flag (not the new one, the original one) from the Flagpole Store. I was delivered more quickly than I expected, and it's BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to display it on the front of my house!
