Website didn't mention the item wasn't in stock. Shipping software sent a notice that the label had been printed. I began looking for the package a few days later. When it hadn't arrived after a week I emailed the company. Notice that it wasn't in stock, or a software tweak to hold off on the label notice might be good.

It took a long time to get the items! The shipping cost was more expensive than the items!

Parts worked beautifully

Ordered a 1 3/8" flagpole sleeve. It was 1 3/8" inside diameter, didn't know that, as it didn't explain where the measurement is on the sleeve. Was looking for a sleeve that is 1 3/8" diameter on the outside and 1 1/8" diameter on the inside. The smallest sleeve available is the 1 3/8". So, there isn't anything in the inventory that will work for my need.

Website is nice, person I spoke to was very helpful, he even gave me the veteran's discount, he told me all items were in stock and would be shipped in two or three days. It took a month before I received the flag pole. Each time I called I was told it was about to be shipped. So I feel they should be more forthcoming about shipment. Other wise it's a great flagpole so all is good in the end.
