For the most part, I'm satisfied with your product. My issue is with delivery in a timely fashion and customer service needs to be tweaked somewhat to better compete with the other vendors.

Never received first shipment, have called it to your attention twice and no action.

Great customer service when I called to inquire about when my order would ship - after waiting over two weeks for a tracking number. Order can about 10 days later. 4 starts for a great product and friendly customer service, but lacking an additoinal star for unexpectidly slower shipping.

It was good. Shipping could have been a bit faster. Received everything good with no damage. Packaging was very good. Customer service was excellent. The American flag quality was exceptional. Keep up the good work.

Shipping was more than the product. I understand shipping is not free. and it took over a week to arrive. That would not stop a future purchase but you asked about this purchase
