Hi, unfortunately I haven't been able to have my gas line run yet so I haven't been able to use the logs. . . but I love the way they look. Hopefully I can hook them up soon!

Remote ignitor didn’t work. Never heard back from customer service. Ordered new set up. Works correctly. There turn around time is terrible. I own a heating company and original remote igniter was unsafe for customers house if I didn’t go around customer service they still be waiting.

Received the part as expected in a timely fashion and everything was perfect.

Arrived quickly and unbroken! My fireplace was not installed perfectly square, so the doors fit NICE, but there is not enough adjustment in the pivots to get them to fit perfectly straight.

Trying to locate and track my package was dificult at best. Poss the worst AI I have ever ween.

My fireplace showed up all scratched on the face with a couple of dents in it. I was mailed a can of spray paint. It’s going to take a fair amount of time to make this look new again. I’m not happy and won’t use this company again!

My fireplace thermostat controller was easy to install and worked just as advertised. The wall plate and LCD display panel was also attractive and easily operated. Ordering was also a breeze.

The brush handle was good. The brush was not that good. Brush needs to be more sturdy or harder.
