Part fit perfectly easy to install works great

Everything was fine.

Item works great but installation was complex enough to require me hiring expert help.

Quality material design well and a perfect fit.

Exactly what I needed. Great service. Thank you!

Fast shipping. Got it in 3-4 days

.

Competitive pricing, prompt shipping, and product in good condition with all parts. Would buy from Fireplaces Direct again.

Great product and quick delivery.

Love this device! It even distributes the fire across the ceramic balls I placed on top for a very nice, clean look. I did have to hire a 3rd-party installer, given the gas line (better safe than sorry), but other than that, it was very straight forward!

The ash bucket is decorative with a purpose.

Shipping was on time

The shipping was fast and the part bolted , right up

Great

Shipping was fast. Product was correct and packaging was sufficient.

Part did not fit as it said it would.

We love it

Great

Easy order process at a fair price but shipping took longer than expected. Order was shipped (with no option for overnight shipping) VIA USPS, almost 2 weeks before I received my order.

Perfect fit but much to flimsy
