Took a while for delivery but pleased with mats

Wrong mats sent weeks ago and still waiting for the right ones to arrive i have emailed about 10 times and still waiting would never use again .

The ordering was easy and delivery was OK, but the mats are not for a jaecoo 7 as ordered, far too big , so not fit for purpose, this issue is still ongoing

I don’t recommend this company. I received floor mats that didn’t fit my MG HS 2025, even though I provided the vehicle registration number . After weeks of messages and promises to fix the issue, nothing was done. I finally had to request a refund. Very disappointing experience.

Did not fit. Stank of tar or charcoal. Had to throw out.

Great quality item, exactly as expected. Would highly recommend as they look and feel amazing. Really easy to order and fairly quick delivery. Very happy with purchase.

Good communication, eventually. There was a website glitch as a new administrator was taking over so the delivery was delayed. However, I was kept informed politely and conscientiously.

Massive delay in sending the mats, poor communication and no updates given despite regular emailed requests from asking for updates or a refund. They have no phone number so you can’t call. When the mats finally arrived they were smaller than expected and expose the car to more areas of dirt than a better sized mat would. Would I use this company again? No
