Good communication, eventually. There was a website glitch as a new administrator was taking over so the delivery was delayed. However, I was kept informed politely and conscientiously.

Massive delay in sending the mats, poor communication and no updates given despite regular emailed requests from asking for updates or a refund. They have no phone number so you can’t call. When the mats finally arrived they were smaller than expected and expose the car to more areas of dirt than a better sized mat would. Would I use this company again? No

Overall happy with my purchase, had to wait about two weeks for them , sent a email to find out what was taking so long , got a prompt reply so customer service was good . They fit my car perfectly.

The mats currently seem ok, but I had problems with my order. First it took a lot longer to receive them than stated. Second when they arrived the actual fittings for the drivers side mat were missing. These finally turned up after another week but were not for the original fixings in the mat. Rather than wait any longer I changed the originals for the newly supplied ones. Would I order from this supplier again? No!
