Didn’t fit my car at all , looked different to what I have , I gave the registration make and model, probably end up going to Audi dealership for them

Poor on every level. Do not fit, quality is v poor, it’s taken 2. 5 months so far and I still do not have a set of car mats that fit. Keep asking for a refund but just get more assurances that are not delivered. Never again.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid !!! After them taking a whole month to deliver the carpets I have ordered they have sent me totally something else, not even an apology from them or to say that they will replace or honour the order as it was ordered from the start, after numerous emails with them, their conclusion was that if I'm not happy to return the carpets on my own expense and they will refund me. . . what else there is to say about them apart that it was a long and shocking experience considering they are only car carpets but they were for my pride and joy and they did a total mockery of it and worst of it, they didn't care one bit. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them, if I could I would take that star off as well as they deserve somewhere around -1000 stars which seems more then appropriate! They were even blaming their delivery company for not being able to keep up with the orders/deliveries but since I placed my order at the end of November frankly I do not care about these, they are not my problems one bit and if I would of been the seller, I would of tried and would rectified this mistake asap but they have done absolutely nothing !!! I hope this review will be seen by thousands of people and take every word in I have said as they are completely true. I do not advise anyone to buy of these people since for the money I payed for these so called "luxury" carpets, you can get the same quality from a page in China and they will arrive sooner then these ones which supposedly are made in the UK.

Not a great experience with this company, I had to chase up on my order. The drivers mat does not clip into place. I therefore cannot recommend sadly….

Service and communication with the company excellent great product

Took about 6 weeks to get my mats! Ordered way before Christmas like start of November so plenty of time and I got them a couple days before because apparently they kept getting “lost” in the end they delievered it with a postage service I said I did not want to use and the mats don’t even fit properly! Lack of communication takes about 2-3 days to reply to one email, no number to call and refused to give me a refund when the product was “out of their hands”. Absolute scam of a company!!
