Great rubber mats great for winter weather and easy to keep clean

The only contact was placing the order online. Very easy to do and pleased with the delivery time.

Had a minor issue with the trim colour on my order. I tried to be the 'easy' customer and told them not to worry about fixing it, but the team at Finest Car Mats clearly have higher standards than I do! They insisted on sending a replacement set for free so I had exactly what I paid for. Now I’ve got two sets for the price of one and a very happy son. High-quality mats that fit better than the originals and service that you just don't see much of these days. Cracking stuff.

Fed up with false advertising

I was pleased with the communication with Laura but the delivery tools so long and I ordered early November and they finally arrived a couple of days before Christmas. They were a present so I was getting worried. The delivery company was at fault here but even so . FCM reordered them but only one set has turned up. The second set was being delivered by Royal Mail but has not arrived. I will be writing to Kaura from FCM to let her know. I'm not sure they were re-ordered anyway as I think Laura was just trying to reassure me I would get the first set I ordered. Who knows? Even finally delivered my mats two days before Christmas and they had had them since 19th November !!!!

The mat material is thinner that the originals I had. The round fixing were not correct for the Kia sportage. I contacted the company who sent me different fixings but they were also wrong. I removed my original mat fixings and fitted to the new mats. I also specified the hard mat addition for the drivers side but it seems to be slightly off centre and my shoe heal (mans shoe) catches on it.
