This is one of my top 3 favorite quilt stores and I shop here frequently. Shipping is timely, packaging is appropriate. I have only once had an issue (something missing from an order) and it was handled promptly. I particularly like the feature to be notified when something is in stock and the ability to reserve something that has not yet been released.
