I always love my order when it’s received but honestly shipping is so slow to WA state. I love the website and selection of fabrics but will often buy from other companies to receive quicker.

I’m telling you, I didn’t think this shop could have any better customer service than I already had experienced. Then on March 4,2026, I get a call from Fat Quarter. I had written a review about some scissors. The rep informed me they were giving me back money for the scissors. I told them it wasn’t a big deal, but she insisted. I’m sure they were not that expensive. To me, this goes beyond customer service. I have always felt like they were great. Now I know they are really great.
