Everything was as expected. I really like the Bitty Buddy, these are my third one I’ve bought. The first one I’m giving to my daughter. The two new ones are going to work in my sewing room and when I travel.

I cannot say enough good things about FQS. Rarely do I have any issues or questions, but when I do, customer service is always quick to help. Whatever I order, I know the quality will be excellent. Equally important, orders are always shipped out really fast!

When I received my last pkg I thought you had forgotten to include the free pattern. I called and talked with someone who told me that the pattern was on the back side of my Jolly Bar. I want to thank the person I talked with. She was very pleasant and helpful, so I didn't have to worry about not receiving the pattern. THANK YOU so very much!!! 😊
