My definition of Customer Service is PROMPT action. I expect orders to be SHIPPED promptly. I order several cuts of Art Gallery Pure Solids. They were NOT shipped until a week after order date! Unacceptable. I would like to see items shipped in less than 24 hours but 48 hours is acceptable. The product was great but service is poor.

I'm always happy with my product and service from Fat Quarter Shoppe. I know when I'm in need of some sort of quilting fabric or notion I can always find it at Fat Quarter. I do love their 50/50 bamboo batting.
