I really appreciate the care that goes into packing my purchases - sturdy box, putting fabric in a plastic bag to prevent damage if box gets wet, having enough packing materials to keep items from getting damages in transit.

I recently ordered a set of four Plaid Ceramic Jars. They look like canning jars but are pastel plaid jars. I’m using a couple of them in my sewing room to hold notions. The other two are adorable as vases. They are a bit larger than I expected. They are too tall to use as pencil cups. They were packaged very well, protecting them from damage during shipping. They arrived very quickly too!

FQS has ALWAYS shipped each order with such care. Items are NOT tossed in a box they are packed into a correct size box with care. Material is bagged. If shipped in FQS bag, it is heavy quality. Thank you FQS for taking such care! The extra effort is appreciated.

The last order took over 2 weeks and was in a box much too large for the contents. The box got mixed up in the postal system and journeyed back and forth between sorting stations. Maybe the address labels need to be in larger print for the scanners to read zip codes.
