There were no issues with the booking system and it was very easy and straight forward to book tickets and they arrived very quick by email and the postage was only 3/5 working days so this was very good to know.

Quick and easy and i was kept up to date with events and pre sale. It ensured I didn't miss out and was able to get really good seats!

Booked tickets for in the Night Garden as soon as they were released on the site, very restricted choice. Looked on the theatres own site when they were released and there were loads in better positions. Complained but nothing done.

Wasn’t told I didn’t need to buy a ticket for my baby who would under 6 months. When tried to get my money back, I was told I had to rebook to get my baby ticket money back but it wouldn’t be the same seats. Ridiculous

Booking my tickets was easy to navigate around the booking system, I liked that you could choose your own seats or let the system choose best seats for you.

Do not book using family tickets.. much cheaper to book direct with theatre. I realised immediately after booking but they would not refund. Show was great though
