This was the first time that I had used Family tickets to purchase tickets. The website was very clear and easy to use and I liked that they showed you the best seats available. Will be using the website more.

Hi, I booked these tickets one night and got the adult and child seats mixed up. I rang the office the following day and spoke to a male I think Chris. He was ever so helpful and sent me a link to pay the extra adult seats money owed and the Etickets. So kind.

Placing the order for all three tickets on the website was incredibly easy, even choosing the seat you want as well is easy. I even purchased the in the night garden goody bag package because my 2 year old son will absolutely love all the contents.
