Booked tickets, got charged and then they called to say they had to offer me worse tickets as those weren’t available. Yet you could still buy them. Seems a bit like a scam

I made a mistake while booking and I thought that the website over charged me for the tickets. I called them and I found them very helpful and kind. They checked the prices across different websites and advised me of easy ways I can amending my booking. I felt I was taken seriously even though it turned out to be my mistake and the website hadn’t overcharged me after all. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting! Booked peppa pig for my daughters 3rd birthday - only to turn up and the venue be closed down!! Try telling a 3 year old that they are not seeing peppa pig! No support on the telephone only option to leave a. Another lady with her son was there! Apparently accordingly to the ticket operator they can’t help as Family Tickets are outside company who have purchased tickets and we should have been informed the venue was closed! Still awaiting a refund and a call back. I have no email to say venue has been closed down as I’m very good with my emails and all emails from Family Tickets are in my emails not Junk mail.
