I bought many flashlights from you folks and the last was the last. I order a flashlight on 04/17 and it still in SanFran was supposed to be delivered 05/07. I should have gone to Amazon and order it from there…really sad I have to wait and still don’t know the out come…it still show it in SF as of 04/30…do better. !!!!

Need to be honest about inventory levels and expectations of arrival times. Everything is two weeks away, 6 weeks ago. Which wouldn't be an issue, except you pay upfront for merchandise they can't source.

ordered 3/3/26 and received final package 4/27/26. They said some of my order was backordered, only after I contacted them, about 3 to 4 weeks after my order was placed. I had to change to different make of batteries. Then when I received order,it was incomplete, I had to wait another 7 to 10 days to to get the last package.
