I paid for the batteries a couple weeks now and my order status is still marked unfulfilled.

Not a fan of your communication. Order was back ordered, I wasn’t informed, then when I contacted you the woman argued with me saying that I had been informed. Haven’t received order yet, so that is my only impression of your company so far.

I never received my order and wasn’t notified until way later that it was out of stock. Still waiting for my money back.

I wish I could share my thoughts on my purchase, but I have yet to receive my item. I placed my order on January 16, 2026, my credit card was charged that same day. My confirmation email states "Expected To Ship 01/23". On 3/19/2026 (about 2 months later) I contact customer service asking what the hold up is, I still don't have the item. The response was "We are expecting the MecArmy 10180 100mAh 3. 7V Protected Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Battery back in stock tomorrow. Assuming it comes into stock on time, your order should be shipping early next week. " It is now Thursday of that week and no notification has been sent to me. The order status page still shows unfulfilled. It seems like the Estimated shipping function is just today's date +1 and does not actually reflect if the item is in stock and ready for shipment. I don't mind if an item is on backorder, but don't charge me and then lie that the item is about to be sent out.

When I purchased the AA and triple-a batteries. I was surprised that the lithium batteries not only went to 1. 8 volts and knowing that they last 7 to 8 times longer than what an alkaline battery does in a digital camera, but I put them in some flashlight, and I was amazed just how much brighter they are and with the 25 year shelf life, you know, you have the security to know that you have batteries for in the future. Great shopping experience

I ordered a rechargeable battery that appeared to be a battery pack, but it turned out to only be a single cell, so I am Having to purchase another "cell" to complete the battery pack. I am unhappy that the picture on your website appears to be a two cell battery pack, and that I have to order another unit, and pay for full shipping. I would like some break on the additional shipping charges I am having to pay because of the lack of clarification on the details on the battery I needed. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

These small batteries come in a blister pack and work goid.

I placed an order on February 2,2026. Todays date is March 20, 2026. I have yet to receive this order!!!! I inquiry weekly via email, which replies promptly. I am always told "the inventory is expected" a week out and this has been going on for 6+ weeks. This is most unreasonable.

I have purchased quite a few flashlights over the last 5 or 6 years from Battery Junction and not only are their prices good but their customer service is even better. Customer service is fast becoming a thing of the past for many companies however Battery Junction sets a much higher standard that others should emulate. Thank you Battery Junction.

I ordered something several weeks ago, have not received it, was told it was back ordered after I already paid for it. Not sure why you’d think asking me to review is then a good idea?
