Only reason for 3 stars is at time of my need for bulk batteries I couldn’t get all of what brand I wanted

The prices are extremely competitive. I had and issue trying to buy a 4 pk of batteries that were on back order. Customer service let me know that I could change my order to 2-2pks for less. I agreed and they handled the rest, and issued a refund for the difference with zero hassle and nothing further required on my part. Definitely the best deals on batteries.

Ever since Shopify has taken over the Battery Junction site, the purchasing experience has been awful. It's bad enough that I purchase elsewhere wherever possible. Also, the on-hand or more specifically out-of-stock information is terrible. I am still waiting on orders placed back in December. This is rapidly becoming a place I won't shop unless I have no other options.
