Ordering here for the last 15 years. Chargers and batteries all very good deals, quickly delivered. First time I have received a rechargeable battery that was DOA, would not accept a charge. The product is fine. The communication about the shipment is terrible. My entire order was not in stock. I was not aware of this until AFTER the order was processed & my company credit card was charged. Then, I got shipping confirmation that was false. The entire order was delayed by over 2 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM BATTERY JUNCTION. Amazon is much easier & cheaper, with much more reliable shipping. A joke of a company.

I love this tweezer product! You can’t go wrong. It’s convenient and effective at pulling small papers jammed into small spots. It attached easily to my keys and to the lanyard with pen that I use when geocaching. I even have one attached to my wallet. I recently bought a bulk purchase of 12 more of them from Battery Junction to give away at a geocaching event I am holding. The multiples price was good. However, I didn’t like that, despite the product being eligible, and trying to put the order through their system twice, it did not credit me for the $5. 00 credit I have from my previous purchase of 25 of these several months ago. When I called Customer Service about it they did refund me for the shipping cost, which was supposed to be free, but didn’t refund me the $5. 00 credit.
