When I purchased the AA and triple-a batteries. I was surprised that the lithium batteries not only went to 1. 8 volts and knowing that they last 7 to 8 times longer than what an alkaline battery does in a digital camera, but I put them in some flashlight, and I was amazed just how much brighter they are and with the 25 year shelf life, you know, you have the security to know that you have batteries for in the future. Great shopping experience

I ordered a rechargeable battery that appeared to be a battery pack, but it turned out to only be a single cell, so I am Having to purchase another "cell" to complete the battery pack. I am unhappy that the picture on your website appears to be a two cell battery pack, and that I have to order another unit, and pay for full shipping. I would like some break on the additional shipping charges I am having to pay because of the lack of clarification on the details on the battery I needed. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

These small batteries come in a blister pack and work goid.

I placed an order on February 2,2026. Todays date is March 20, 2026. I have yet to receive this order!!!! I inquiry weekly via email, which replies promptly. I am always told "the inventory is expected" a week out and this has been going on for 6+ weeks. This is most unreasonable.

I have purchased quite a few flashlights over the last 5 or 6 years from Battery Junction and not only are their prices good but their customer service is even better. Customer service is fast becoming a thing of the past for many companies however Battery Junction sets a much higher standard that others should emulate. Thank you Battery Junction.

I bought a SureFire mounting kit from their website and it was stated that shipping it would be within 4-7 days. I sent an email to costumer service because it was taking longer than 10 days, their response ? …. 21 days!
