Nice flashlights - have bought 2! Shipping took a while in the streamlight…

The website was very easy to use. I found exactly what I was looking for. We had a bit of confusion with the shipping process because I’m from Canada, and they were very helpful in trying to sort out the problem. I ended up getting what I ordered and everything was in perfect shape! Very well packaged.

Good service, but the battery I wanted was not in stock and waited a long time to find that out. I eventually bought a different brand.

I ordered three batteries and paid $78 for them but have not received them. I was told they are back ordered. If I had known that when I placed the order I would have waited until the batteries were in stock. Now I am waiting for delivery. I am out the money and have nothing from them except a possible delivery some time in the future.

I have been a battery junction customer for probably around 15 years, there’s not many companies where I can say that I’ve had a great experience the entire time. I have purchased probably 100 products from them over the years and I don’t think I ever really had to send any back so for that they are fantastic. They always have the newest flashlights. Really the only complaint I’ve ever had to battery Junction is that when they redid their system years ago, I lost all my previous orders from them. Other than that they’ve been great.

I like the updated usb c charging and higher mah. Just what I needed for my gear !

placed an order on 5/16/26, and it's 6/12/26, and I was told by customer service that the item would be back in stock by 6/4/26. It was not, and no one reached out to me. when I called them, the claimed that it will be back in stock by 6/12/26. No one has called or texted or emailed me confirming this, despite the CS rep promising to reach out to confirm receipt of the product from overseas.
