How can you ask for a review when I’m still waiting on my order? What the heck happened?

ordered 3/3/26 and received final package 4/27/26. They said some of my order was backordered, only after I contacted them, about 3 to 4 weeks after my order was placed. I had to change to different make of batteries. Then when I received order,it was incomplete, I had to wait another 7 to 10 days to to get the last package.

Battery works great

My experience with Battery Junction was disappointing. After placing an online order, the estimated shipment date provided was not accurate, and I didn’t receive any updates regarding the status of my order. I ultimately had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on, only to learn the item was on backorder. At that point, I requested a refund. Better communication and transparency would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t order from them again.

Great pricing and inventory

I ordered a few batteries that were supposed to ship on April 17th. Out of curiosity, asked when they’d actually ship. I was told it would be bumped by a few weeks. Take that for what it is. This is my first order with the company.

I appreciate the follow up on my order, however the projected timing for receipt based on the charge to my card is unacceptable. Customer service acted like this was status quo.
