Fast shipping, sometimes they move too fast and drop the ball though. Had an issue recently where I placed an incorrect order. there is nowhere to cancel an order on your own. I immediately started a chat (they weren't online yet) asking to cancel the order so I could correct it. I didn't hear back at all until I called that afternoon. I was told that they had responded (which wasn't true) and that it was too late to cancel the order. No offer to amend the situation, of course there is the ability to return the items and pay a restocking fee. . . . Oh and they didn't apply my tax exemption, the excuse was they updated their system, so I needed to resubmit my form. Of course, no notification was sent out to let anyone know this.

I received the wrong product and it's been an absolute hassle to initiate the process for a refund (Battery Junction cannot fulfill my original order). I immediately supplied the requested shipping error proof, yet customer service has been dragging their feet and my refund has been in limbo for a few weeks now.

Over the years, have always had great service, other than once when asking the color output of a light(Klarus A3), that seemed to be a far too complicated question. Asked multiple times, got replies, but no answer, so it's still a mystery, but now that I have one, I'm gonna say about 5000k in color.
