23 days I waited for the delivery of common batteries-not happy with this

Tried to order. Not sure it went thru

I ordered batteries that they said were in stock. After paying, they informed me they didn't have them and they would take 20 days to arrive. When that date passed, they said they would take another 30 days. I canceled my order; very unprofessional.

The order was left unfulfilled for over a week. When I chatted with the customer care to know why it was stuck, I was told that a part of my order was out of stock. I was then offered a replacement product instead. I would suggest to change your process to keep the customer informed and be proactive in mitigating any problems with the order.

Great I received my second order of batteries.

Nothing is ever in stock. It takes forever to get stuff in stock. Ordered batteries in October and it's now March and still no order.

We purchased Saft batteries with a September 2024 date stamped on them. Battery junction sent us an RMA number but we have to pay return shipping. Our last time to order from them.

Ok, the site has a lot of options and choices to pick from. Not only was I unsure of differences in some ,I was taken back. Rest assured, I reached out, while on the site, immediately asked a question from a live rep and was finally assured so much that I went ahead and placed a an order
