I ordered my battery over a month ago and haven't received it yet. The shipping cost for one battery was as much as the battery.

Put order in for batteries that were in stock. I got an email stating that batteries were on back order and should be shipped out in a few weeks. A month and a half later I emailed to check on order status. I got a reply that batteries were on extended order. So, I cancelled my order. Very bad sell concept.

The folks at Battery Junction are awesome. They are super helpful and you talk to a person not a machine. Nice touch in this day and age ! They have no control over product quality, but if you have an issue they’ll take care of you.

My order ended up getting delayed because USPS seemed to misplace it for a while, but I don’t believe that was BatteryJunction’s fault. Once the package finally arrived, the LG MJ1 batteries was perfect and exactly what I needed. They also did an excellent job with the packaging — the batteries came inside a hard plastic protective case and then wrapped in bubble wrap, so it was well protected. It’s great knowing I can get real brand‑name batteries here instead of the questionable ones sold elsewhere. I’ll definitely be coming back for specialty batteries in the future. I just wish they sold car batteries too!
