Very slow to process order & ship

Battery Junction is my go too supplier for more than just batteries

Ordered in November. Waiting. Finally emailed you a few days ago. Now I get a email batteries are on the way. Waiting

I returned the flashlights and there is a 15% charge re-packing fee to be deducted from price.

I was contacted promptly by a representative after I sent in an RFQ for a larger quantity of batteries. The rep called me, made sure they understood my needs, and offered a great quote for me. A very pleasant, professional experience.

Ordered some Varta 3 V 1/2 AA batteries for utility meters. Price was reasonable, service was good, batteries arrived on time. This company does a good job and I will deinitely use them again.

I have been a watch maker for 49 years and have always used the Energizer brand of batteries from the start when watches first came out using batteries . I have never had a problem with them and like their quality .

When I made my purchase online I wasn’t told they were out of stock. I found this out after I contacted customer service and they responded 3?days later. So I guess I’ll have to wait till mid march to get the batteries.

Shipping seemed to be slow for an off the shelf item.
