I have been waiting nearly two weeks for batteries that should have been shipped a week ago. When I sent an email asking if my order had been dispatched, they replied that they would ship it today—meaning I might receive it in another week. This is the worst seller I have ever dealt with. Buyers! Stay far away from them!!!

If I could give less stars I would. Customer service was rude and accusive. Requested a refund and return shipping information because the tape switch is faulty and was told they had to test it before giving a refund. That's not how that works. Been ordering here for 2 years almost. Won't be buy things here anymore.

Wide selection of batteries and everything that needs them. My experience with Battery Junction has been positive and I plan to purchase from them in the future.
I have always liked getting batteries through Battery Junction, but my latest experience has not been up to expectations. Ordered 5 different items on February 28, and at the time all were listed in stock, which was an important consideration when I selected the items. I go on with life thinking I will be getting batteries, but I never see a shipment confirmation. One month later I get concerned and contact customer service (which was via chat and was good experience). Am told the shipment is on hold waiting fro one item to come in stock. I was surprised. I checked my emails and see no updates on order status even telling me the order was pending no any updates on expected fulfillment. Chat person clarified what was going on, and I went over a few options before agent suggested they could just ship the in-stock items and then fulfill the out of stock item. Well, yes, that is a good option, why is that not the automatic option after an order is on hold for a month already? So the partial fulfillment is made on March 25. I see Super Saver is the method. On March 3 I start looking for a status update, and I see that the item reached a regional facility not 30 miles from me on March 28. There the item stays, no updates, no transit to another facility, since arriving on that Saturday. Shipping out of their control, but between the the fulfillment delay waiting for stock and a poor USPS experience, this order is very disappointing. I had to go to a store to pick up 2 items I had ordered since I had been waiting 38 days at that point. Not going to “torch” the worst review, and can’t say it was great.
Web site is great finding products and details. It is difficult to navigate to complete transactions. It would be better if there was a review page before finalizing.

no communication with me. ordered 3/3/2026, ask about order about 3/10/2026, and they said part of order wasbackordered. it is 3/30/2026 and no9 communication. still have not received order and have received no communication.
Update on order shipment not the best

Very slow shipping. Over two weeks to get batteries. Still have not got them. But they send a survey. Maybe wait till they show up before you get survey
