Very good just wish I read the description better to notice when some items were going to be shipped.

Ordered product and it arrived on time as promised.

Great selection, fair prices, quick shipping. What more could you ask for?

I have been a battery junction customer for probably around 15 years, there’s not many companies where I can say that I’ve had a great experience the entire time. I have purchased probably 100 products from them over the years and I don’t think I ever really had to send any back so for that they are fantastic. They always have the newest flashlights. Really the only complaint I’ve ever had to battery Junction is that when they redid their system years ago, I lost all my previous orders from them. Other than that they’ve been great.

I like the updated usb c charging and higher mah. Just what I needed for my gear !

placed an order on 5/16/26, and it's 6/12/26, and I was told by customer service that the item would be back in stock by 6/4/26. It was not, and no one reached out to me. when I called them, the claimed that it will be back in stock by 6/12/26. No one has called or texted or emailed me confirming this, despite the CS rep promising to reach out to confirm receipt of the product from overseas.

Fast shipping in very secured box.

Best place to buy from

Very nice to work with and have great stuff

I ordered my battery over a month ago and haven't received it yet. The shipping cost for one battery was as much as the battery.

Put order in for batteries that were in stock. I got an email stating that batteries were on back order and should be shipped out in a few weeks. A month and a half later I emailed to check on order status. I got a reply that batteries were on extended order. So, I cancelled my order. Very bad sell concept.

The folks at Battery Junction are awesome. They are super helpful and you talk to a person not a machine. Nice touch in this day and age ! They have no control over product quality, but if you have an issue they’ll take care of you.

great product very reliable, great prices

Great battery. good run time and they last a good long time.

Been waiting over a month for my order to ship. Battery Junction hasn’t been proactive with communication on my order updates.

Easy and simple

Took over 2 months since I placed my order only for them to cancel it saying they couldn't source the battery I needed.

This was my first purchase from you. Yall had the battery I needed at a good price. Shipping was unexpectedly high for size/weight of item, Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Very pleased overall , but will watch shipping cost

Great service as usual!

Love battery junction. Fast shipping and accurate orders. Lifelong customer!
