We had a large order for d cell batteries. They shipped a week late, and only after I reached to ask why they had not shipped. You should proactively notify customers when an order is delayed. And even then, only 2/3 of the order shipped. I've called to find out the status of the other third, and have not heard back

My order has. not arrived yet. It won't be shipped until 24 July bc some items are out of stock.
