The website is very good. Where it's difficult, it's easy to discuss the issue with their staff. Shipping is kind of expensive though.

The items were on backorder, but EZ Lite kept me updated every step of the way. Great job.

Easy to use1

I have had this chair for close to 9 years! I use it daily indoors and it is especially useful on the grass and gravel outdoors. I have added an additional seat cushion and replaced an arm rest that I wore out but that is it! I have had nothing but helpful and friendly customer service. Thrilled with this purchase.

The Deluxe Wide WX12 wheelchair has been an excellent choice for my mom. I experienced that EZ Lite Cruiser, provides a great customer service.

The seat bar is to short in the front, cushion overlaps, the arm rests are at a slant upwards and to high, but the foot rest is perfect. Ordered the batteries for old chair which am now using for the newer one. I will still hang on to the new chair to see how it functions.

The best wheelchair I have

I've had my EZ Lite since March of 2018, and have used it all over Europe and the US. It travels well, especially with the cover. On the few occasions I have needed replacement parts, customer service has responded quickly.

I'm glad that the parts they sell work with their product. They have items for almost every use case that I can imagine.

Capacity of battery is great

This is one of the best e-chairs out. Its quick, very manoverable, haven't had to replace the battery in six years. I've replaced the tires because I wanted better traction in the snow and the cushion because of Ciatic pain in the butt The best thing is their service is immediate and out standing.
