Love the Cruiser! Have had it fir 8 yrs! Makes traveling so much easier! A little disappointed in new battery as it doesn't fit in old battery case. Is there a newer case it fits in?

I absolutely love the wheelchair. I've had it for 4 years now and it's still works like the day I got it The tech support is excellent. The only negative I have is that the replacement parts are a little expensive.

I am currently traveling in a cruise ship which is famous for its accommodation for wheelchair passengers. There are many other electric wheelchairs passengers on board but I have received a lot of compliments on my wheelchair. I am happy with my wheelchair and will continue trust it for my many journeys to come.

I have been using a DX12 for several years. It's fantastic, I can travel wherever I want. I have been to several European countries without any problems, the new suspension is very much appreciated. The service is incredible, during an accident in California, Michael and his colleague were my guardian angels, they managed to straighten my chair and repair it so that I could continue my trip and enjoy everything, even the great American parks. I can never thank you enough.

We love the chair. Its’ light weight is a game changer. I leave the chair in our van and have the charger plugged into a power outlet in the van to charge while driving. Very convenient. I would offer that the chair is a bit jerky in operation and my disabled family member struggles at times with controlling but that doesn’t stop us from using it. We swapped out the seat cushion and placed a pillow in the back rest to improve comfort and seating posture but otherwise works well for us.

Product was packaged very well and shipping was on time.

I needed a few screws for my chair. I've learned to tighten them but I let that go and lost 2. I ordered these online and they came immediately. I was easily able to install. Thanks!

Great product and service!

Overall, great chair compared to 2 I have used. There are a few places on the chair that the aluminum can injure a person with skin that tears easily. This on the footrest when it is folder up and between the footrest and side rails. A user needs to be cautious of this. Battery is easy to access to remove for a flight and install. Seat is very comfortable with a lot of cushion. Joy stick very sensitive and only used in level 2 of power.
