My nephew has the first gen model and it is no longer supported. I learned this the hard way when I ordered replacement wheels that did not fit. The company indicated I would have to find a solution myself, and honored their return policy (minus cost of shipping). I ended up buying pneumatic tires, stripping off the old rubber from the existing rims, and making the new tires work (needed modification for all the screws). My nephew is very happy with his new wheels.

I am currently traveling in a cruise ship which is famous for its accommodation for wheelchair passengers. There are many other electric wheelchairs passengers on board but I have received a lot of compliments on my wheelchair. I am happy with my wheelchair and will continue trust it for my many journeys to come.

I have been using a DX12 for several years. It's fantastic, I can travel wherever I want. I have been to several European countries without any problems, the new suspension is very much appreciated. The service is incredible, during an accident in California, Michael and his colleague were my guardian angels, they managed to straighten my chair and repair it so that I could continue my trip and enjoy everything, even the great American parks. I can never thank you enough.

We love the chair. Its’ light weight is a game changer. I leave the chair in our van and have the charger plugged into a power outlet in the van to charge while driving. Very convenient. I would offer that the chair is a bit jerky in operation and my disabled family member struggles at times with controlling but that doesn’t stop us from using it. We swapped out the seat cushion and placed a pillow in the back rest to improve comfort and seating posture but otherwise works well for us.

Product was packaged very well and shipping was on time.

I needed a few screws for my chair. I've learned to tighten them but I let that go and lost 2. I ordered these online and they came immediately. I was easily able to install. Thanks!
