Shipping was delayed. Instead of 3 -4 weeks for delivery it took 6 weeks. This was a considerable hardship for me.

My 86-year-old mother has used her EZ Lite Cruiser for almost two years now and she loves it! It is extremely comfortable and with big rear wheels, safely moves her over most surfaces. The wheelchair is collapsable, and very easy to put in the bed of my truck for transporting. I pick my mother up every week for errands and will lift the folded wheelchair in and out of the bed of my truck a minimum of 6 times during our time together. I am not particularly strong and even have a heart condition, but I am still able to lift her wheelchair in and out of my truck for our errands. The wheelchair is also very easy to repair should you need to. Everything is modular and can be replaced quickly and easily. Even the wheels, front and back, can be removed, repaired, or replaced extremely easily. Both front wheels have needed the bearings replaced at different times. There was a grinding sound that alerted us to a problem. I called EZ Lite and they sent me replacement bearings for free. I was able to remove the wheel, take out the old bearing assembly and pop in the new assembly in about 3 minutes from start to finish. The chair continued to function properly while we waited to receive the bearings. After getting to know the chair and how to swap parts out, I am confident that I could refurbish the chair in about an hour if needed. For anyone considering an electric wheelchair for any reason, I cannot recommend the EZ Lite Cruiser highly enough. It is stable, comfortable, very easy to maintain, and easy to transport no matter where you are going. I would hands down buy this wheelchair again if I ever need one.

The EZ cruiser company is very helpful in getting what you need. Reasonably priced and friendly. The EZ cruiser is a game changer for traveling. Foldable, portable and light enough to lift. Best of all. . . . . you get a long run time on a easy to do battery charge.

Somehow lost my battery charger. I called EZLITE. A man helped me select the right charger, ordered it for me over the phone and it came shortly after. I would have ordered the wrong one for sure. I so appreciated the ease of getting through to a person and how much he helped me. Makes a nice change to get excellent customer service.

I would recommend this wheelchair to anyone! I use this chair in all types of situations. I built a carrier on my Trike and haul it on the back. I take it everywhere. It is extremely durable and has carried me around at 250lbs. It’s fast and extremely easy to charge!

The website is very good. Where it's difficult, it's easy to discuss the issue with their staff. Shipping is kind of expensive though.

The items were on backorder, but EZ Lite kept me updated every step of the way. Great job.
