Ordered replacement part for my wife's chair. It was reasonably priced and was shipped the day after I ordered it. Wonderful company to deal with.

I bought a Standard EZ Lite Cruiser over 10-12 years ago and had to have it replaced about a year and a half ago (due to airline mishandling). I only use my cruiser for Vacations and Mall Trips or other huge stores. Both versions are comfortable and have a battery that lasts all day long. The new one is heavier than the old one, and does not close down as tightly as the old one. But the comfort and the battery life remains top notch! I installed a lift into my truck that lifts it in and out. . . . as my back does not allow me to lift it.

Have had to retighten and replace almost every fastener in here. Some just fell out from not being lock tighted in. Parts are way overpriced. Tires cost as much as my truck!$

I am amazed how beautifully it works. We have taken it to 17 countries and it has always worked well. We have used it on cobblestones roads, dirt, brick roads, gravel roads, and grassy ones. It never bogs down and always performs admirably. Every airline and every cruise ship has accepted it. The help line always gave us the necessary information to present to the airlines and it has saved us a lot of time and effort! I cannot say enough about the high quality service that we got from EZ Light Cruiser. People often stop us and ask us how they can purchase one. (Even people who own cheaper ones) If you are looking for a top-quality wheelchair/scooter, this is the one! BTW, inform the airlines ahead of time that you will be using your own wheelchair. They will not only accommodate you, but they will expedite everything and give you priority seating. Plus they will assist you in making speedy transfers to your next flgiht!
