Great company and I love my chair. I have had my same chair for several years and it still looks new. I have replaced a few parts over the years but absolutely NO complaints here. I do use my chair a lot when we go out. EZLite Cruiser Company is extremely helpful and is very responsive. When you call you talk to a real person.

I damaged my armrest and it was quickly replaced by the fantastic team at EZ Lite Cruiser. I have had my chair for 7 years and it is still in wonderful shape. I love it and the entire team.

When I receive parts they are packed so efficiently that there is no way they could ever be broken when you received them. When they tell you the date you will receive them they are always on time & sometimes quicker. EZ Lite is the best company to work with.

This is the second ez lite wheelchair I buy , they are solidly built. I have used my original one often in the yard to garden and also it has travelled a lot all over the world. I was surprised to get a tariff charge on delivery, like many people I thought the Chinese were paying that, lol.

The parts did eventually come, but we were told two weeks and it was more like two months.

After 8 years and then some,We got our 2nd set of wheels "Our 1st set still RUN's GREAT" But with the look of moving into a retirement community and being on a fixed income I was a Great Idea to get a New one!!! Stay Blessed & Enjoy The Ride In Life Everyone !!!

There was a delay in getting answered and a bigger delay in getting the backordered battery. However, the staff was polite and trying to help and we really appreciated their support. Difficult times especially now with the tariffs which will hurt disabled folks even more

Unit is very powerful on various surfaces.

Battery seems to work fine, tech we spoke to was attentive but the damn battery/charger took like 3 months to get here!!

I help my brother buying the equipment he needs. Since my first buy in 2015 I receive Excellent service , all my questions for technical information, shipment, buying process were answered promptly.
