We bought 4 of these beds for our facility and we couldn't be more pleased with these beds. Love the extra low height for our fall risk patients and the ease of the these beds adjustments with the remotes is great for our older patients. This bed is exactly what we needed. The bed we got from medicare was $h*t and this bed is 100% better and in the long run will be much cheaper. Took us a little while to put the bed together, but that was more our error than difficulty. Thanks again and we understand why this is the staff pick. Great bed and thanks for your help.

This bed is truly like having another caregiver to help me get my husband up and out of bed. We have struggled over the last couple years with really doing everything we can to get my husband up. It was always such a hassle having to get two of us on either side of the bed to sit him up and help him out of bed. Well, that changed real quick once we got this bed. The salesperson was super helpful and even did a zoom call with us so we can ask questions about the bed and actually get to see it work. This was a very large purchase for us, but we knew that we couldn't keep going like we were and he couldn't stay in bed. Highly recommend this bed. We have already sold one of these beds for you so we hope we get commission. This bed has been absolutely amazing and our 95yr old grandmother safely operates this bed and she loves the retracting feature. She keeps everything on her nightstand and he old bed did exactly what your salesman said. It moves you away from the nightstand making it difficult and very dangerous to reach back. We had that exact problem with her medicare bed in which she reached back and got her arm caught in the half rails reaching behind her to her table. This bed keeps her right near her table and she loves grabbing the tv remote or tissues without and difficulty. We got the underbed light too which she loves that she can have that on at night before she goes to sleep for a little ambiance. Haha. Thanks again for directing us to this bed it has answered all of our prayers and needs!!

Customer service was very responsive and ordering was easy....shipping took a lot longer than expected due mostly to our location (the middle of nowhere). Once the bed was installed it worked as expected and was quite comfortable.

this bed is super nice and has more features than we thought. Love the remote, easy to press buttons and you can see the buttons at night. We got the light under the bed as well which is perfect for when I have to get up at night. No longer do I have to try to find my table lamp. The salesman told us about how the head section when raised moves back and I kinda got what he was saying over the phone, but I understand it even more now when I use it. So nice that the bed keeps you right next to your night stand. That is something I didn't realize was so important. Makes it so much easier getting the tv remote or my water. I highly, that is highly recommend this bed to anyone looking for a bed that will provide support for not only sleeping in bed, but for moving in bed as well as getting out of bed. We bought the Medplus bed from another company and after 2 weeks we had to order another bed. The medplus bed has springs that the mattress rests on, which had my father feeling like he was sinking in the mattress. We called Express Hospital Beds and they asked me to look under the bed while he was lying in bed. To my amazement I could see that he was sinking into the bed frame with the springs stretching. Most of all he was complaining about how uncomfortable the bed was and that his back was hurting him every morning. The other problem he had was turning side to side and getting out of bed. Express Hospital Beds knew of everything I was telling them and right away recommended the Patriot bed. The salesperson clearly explained that it was what the mattress laid on and the Patriot bed would solve all of the problems I was having. He couldn't have been more right. The first night my father slept in the bed, actually the first time he even laid down in the bed he knew. This bed has doesn't sink, it has a 100% firm support of the mattress. He slept has slept great in this bed and zero back pain in the morning. This has been such a great experience my Dad has even let his friends know about it. Huge difference and huge thanks!!!

This truly was the best gift ever for my Mom. My siblings and I all went in together and got this bed for her to make her life easier at home. She has been struggling with getting in and out of bed as well as she's fallen out of bed in the last month. She absolutely loves this bed and can't rave enough about how beautiful it is and how fancy her bedroom is now. She loves how she can lower it or raise it to exactly the height she needs as well as she loves to watch tv at night from the comfort of her bed. Great experience all around and we will be letting other's know of the quality. I know my Mom is!!

I am very happy with the bed we ordered. The bed raises and lowers the head and knees as well as in overall height. The head area raises almost upright and is great for my husband to eat in bed. He is really happy with the comfort, we got the protect mattress and he loves how much easier it is to move in bed and get out of bed. The last bed he had was from a rental company nearby and the mattress sank in the frame because the mattress was on springs. This bed is so so so much better and he wished we just bought this first instead. The installers were very nice and did a great job bringing the bed in without marking up the walls at all. We are very happy with our hospital bed purchase.

The product is good. My only complaint is that it took awhile for the bed to be delivered and set up.

the installers were great. however i paid for a mattress extension and they sent the wrong product. the installer called and made sure the proper item would be sent to me. he was really great! 5 stars for installers.

Purchased for my daughter. She has the same bed at her house and likes it so much and sleeps so well in it, that I decided to have one at my house for her use. She will be here for an extended stay and she will be so much more comfortable. The people at Express beds were very helpful when I had a minor problem with the bed (resolved quickly once I got to the correct person at MedLine), delivery went smoothly. Overall I am very satisfied with the transaction.
