I don't write reviews often, but every now and then there is a good reason to write one. We needed to get a bed for our Mom who had an accident in her current bed. It's just her at home and we wanted to make sure she had the right bed for her to be safe and comfortable at home. This bed is exactly what she needs. She has had the bed for over 4 months now and she loves it. She feels so much safer and she loves how the bed moves back so she is still able to reach the nightstand. Well worth the few minutes to write this review. Thanks Express Hospital Beds for calling me after to see how the bed is working out.

Wow, better than we could have ever imagined. Bed is amazing and we can relax knowing our son is going to be safe and we can care for all of his needs. We were a little worried about how much we could do with blankets, but we found a way to make the bed as cozy as possible. Express Hospital Beds has been great to work with and we highly recommend the bed and the company!

Love this bed! Love all the adjusting you can do with the bed and the retracting feature is really nice. We got the rest relief mattress and we were very concerned about the thickness (only 6"), but our dad was very surprised at how comfortable the mattress was. Customer service was also amazing. We needed the bed quick and they helped get the order to us as quickly as possible.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Order was easy to place with the salesman who went thru all the options and what would be best for us. We had the bed installed and it took about 10 days from the time we ordered, but the installer was super nice and did a great job showing our Dad how to use the bed. We even got a call from Express Hospital Beds after the bed was delivered to see if everything was great. Can't stress how nice it is to hear from a company after the product is delivered. All great!!!!

This adjustable bed is night and day compared to the craftmatic my parents had before. Wow has technology and quality changed!! Parents love the hybrid mattress which they wanted because they like a firmer mattress. They love it!! Still trying to show them how to do the voice control, but baby steps. Bed is great, we are just a little bummed the headboard was scratched when it was delivered. Customer service helped us right away in getting a new one which made things better. Overall the bed is exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks for the quick shipping and response to our headboard fix!

My mom needed a bed and after going thru numerous websites we decided on this bed. One of the main reasons was we called a few different online stores and this was the only one that didn't try to upsell us. Instead they asked us what my mom needed and gave us options. First off, the price of this bed did scare us at the time we bought it. Express was great in getting us on a zoom call to go over the bed live letting us see the bed do all the things we had questions about. This company really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the purchase. The bed within a couple weeks and we can say without a single doubt we are very thrilled with the bed and the immense progress our Dad has made in recovery all due to this bed. Once we placed the order the customer service team was great in getting us updates on where the bed was and when the installer had the bed. Like the bed and of course the chair feature is why we bought it. The chair is really nice to get our mom in and out of bed with little trouble. She is in the early stages of Parkinsons and we wanted to get the bed early so she could get used to getting in and out of bed this way. She likes the mattress and says she can't feel the crease between the mattresses where the chair and bed end connect That was a worry of ours so happy to know it is comfortable for her. Great bed and customer service team was great in helping us.

Really like the bed. We have an alternating pressure mattress and the salesperson was very knowledgeable in directing us to this bed. The mattress has 100% coverage below so it doesn't slip thru slats. We had to wait a little longer than we thought, but overall good bed and service.

Really happy with the bed and overall purchase of the bed. Bed arrived in time and it did take a couple of us to move the bed into the house and room from the driveway. Just make sure you have people that can carry heavy items available to move the bed into the house since free delivery only has it delivered to the front of your house. We were okay with that since we didn't want to pay for the set up. Bed is really nice and is smooth and quiet when you position the bed. Overall we are very pleased with everything. Thanks to the salesman who helped us in picking this bed out. It does everything we need it to do.

We bought the bed for our Mom who is living on her own, but has fallen in the last few months a couple times. We called and the sales person we spoke with helped us find this bed which has been great for our Mom. The delivery guy was really nice and did a nice job explaining all the features of the bed when he set it up.

Love the bed and it's exactly what was needed. We needed a transitional bed for our Mom with Alzheimer's and we needed a bed that wasn't going to have an institutional look. Anyone who cares for an Alzheimer's patient know how tough introducing new stuff is so difficult. The low setting is definitely the best way for us to care for our Mom at night so she doesn't get up and put herself at harm. The bed is beautiful and looks so nice in her room.
