This bed has been unreal for our needs. First let me say the salesman was really knowledgeable about the product and walked us thru every optional feature the bed has. He helped us customize this bed to exactly the bed we needed. The delivery and setup person at Express Hospital Beds was really helpful in coordinating when we would be getting the call from the technician who was going to install the bed. The technician was really good about bringing the bed in without making a mark on our hallways and did a beautiful job getting it set up and showing us how to use the bed. Very happy with our new bed. Thought that the crack between the mattress would be bothersome, but you don't even notice it. The bed moving to a chair is very smooth and I feel so much more confident getting in and out of bed. I have fallen a couple times and lucky didn't get hurt, but this bed I feel so much safer than my craftmatic. Your sales people are super nice and helpful and the assembling people were great. Great bed, we set this bed up for our dad who had recently been diagnosed with ALS and we are preparing for what's to come. Our doctor told us about this bed and we didn't realize how this is going to aid us. He loves being able to get out from a chair rather than a bed. He had fallen from his bed and that is how we found out about his condition. The delivery guy was very nice and the overall process was stress relieving and easy. The bed took a couple days longer than we thought to have installed, but when it was delivered we were more than happy with our purchase. This bed is so beautiful and really love all the features we have with the bed. My mom has been in the bed for over a few months now and she loves how comfortable the mattress is and absolutely loves watching tv in the seated position. The installer was very helpful in showing us the positions that would be most ideal for us. Nothing but positive things to say about this bed. Bed is very nice and fits exactly what we need. It is incredible how many adjustments you can do with this bed. We originally called Accora, but they don't sell to the public and they recommended Express to purchase the bed. Very happy with Express and the salesperson was very helpful in finding exactly what we needed for our father.

Bed was installed exactly 11 days after we ordered so it was right when the informed us. Francy was super friendly and kept us informed with our order through the whole process. The bed has been used for over a month now and our Mom who is using it says she loves the comfort and how smooth the bed moves. We really love the walnut wood. This was exactly why we got this bed, was for our Mom to be in a new home and have a bed that would be safe and useful in caring for her, but to also look like a regular bed. She is in early stages of Alzheimer's and it was highly suggested to get a bed that look less institutional. She has used this bed now for over a couple months and it has been everything we could have dreamed for!! The salesperson was so helpful and understanding in what we needed and he directed us to this bed. She is very comfortable in the bed and are very happy customers.

The bed was delivered and setup within the time Francy told us and we were so happy with the installer and the bed. The bed is very nice and for the price we are very happy. Really nice how high it goes so it makes it easier for changing our Dad and the really low setting is great for him to get in and out of bed at the exact height for his size. The mattress is better than we thought it would be. Hearing the mattress is only 6 inches thick we thought it wouldn't be a great quality. Looks and feels strong, works great, easy for my helpers to set up, delivery was fast and delivery company was great giving updates, working with me to find spot to deliver as huge truck could not safely get through my dead end narrow street and ETA . Very pleased.

We love this bed! That would be the best word for us to describe the bed. As far as why we love it the bed has really made a massive difference in our lives. It used to be such a task to get our father out of the bed and most the time he didn't want to hassle because it was so hard. After talking with the salesman here we made a very expensive decision to get this bed. This has been such a blessing and our father is out of bed everyday now compared to just getting out of bed maybe twice a week. His skin has improved dramatically as well as his overall joints and movement. I hate to say this, but this has bought us another year or two with him in our lives. This bed is super nice and has been a great replacement of your Sonder Care bed. We needed a bed since our other bed died and this was much more affordable than our previous bed and it actually has a lot more functions. The bed has been great for us. We really like how high the bed goes, been great for us in taking care of our dad. Nice to get the bed to that exact spot to put him in his wheelchair. I would have said every penny, but this bed is quite a bit more than we had planned on spending for a hospital bed from my Mom. She is bed ridden and the adjustable bed she is in now has been very uncomfortable and difficult for her to find a proper way to sit in bed. We had planned to get her a bed and lift to move her to a chair, but all the transferring and pain that would cause her wasn't the direction we wanted to go. This bed has been amazing for her. She went from being bed ridden to now finding the ability to go to the bathroom (with some assistance) as well as her overall daily physical pain has declined dramatically. We don't know how long we will have this bed, but if it was just for a week it would have been worth every dollar.
