My 85-year-old mother struggled getting in and out of her previous bed due to mobility impairments. The bed is awesome. They delivered it quickly direct to her apartment. I assembled it easily with great instructions. Originally we were hesitant to make such a big change for a 99 year old. But now realize we should have done it years ago. It has made a big difference. The mattress has already solved some health problems and the bed functions have made it easier to care for her. The bed actually arrived a couple days before the mattress, but had the bed up and working within 4 days from the time we ordered. That's fast! So far so good and Mom really likes it.

This bed was everything we were expecting. Really comfortable with the mattress with bamboo cover. The massage feature is nice and we have gotten some good use out of it. Fast installation and we would give this 5 stars for the bed and customer service.

We just went to the assisted living facility to see our father and his new bed was setup and looks amazing. Very nice piece of furniture that my father loves. He gave us a 10 minute overview of the bed and all the features. So happy to see him happy and proud. We actually were looking at a different bed and the salesperson listened to our needs and gave this bed as an option for what our needs were. They nailed it. Bed is perfect for my father and the caregivers who assist him. Happy father, happy daughter!!

We ordered these beds for our group home and they are night and day better than the invercare beds we had before. The beds go really low which is good for our memory care patients along with going up high for us to provide daily care. We are amazed at how advanced this bed is. We bought the bed because friends of our raved about the comfort, which btw is really really comfortable!! We didn't realize the extent of all the tech features. We love the voice command to adjust the bed which also is my phone charger. Haha, had no idea about that nor did I know about the app you can you use to see how your sleep is for the night. I thought what information would that really give me that could help, but it does because I slightly raised the head section and noticed I was having deeper sleeps as well as moving less. Couldn't be happier and we love our dawn house bed. Set up crew were super nice and very helpful in explaining the bed to us.

We have a few residents that have special needs from Alzheimer's to fall risks and this bed system has been ideal for our extra care patients. Our nurses and caregivers can put the bed into any position possibly needed to provide the extra care our residents need. We ordered a few beds and we were so excited to receive the beds in less than 2 weeks. Great experience and the company was great to work with from the start to the finish.

This bed has been ideal for both how wide the bed is as well as we got the digital scale control box. The width is great for the size of our father and it gives him the room and support he needs. The digital scale is a necessity for us since we need to monitor his weight and this is the easiest way to do it. My husband doesn't usually care for many things, but this bed is his biggest joy. He loves getting the bed at the perfect height to get and to get out. Didn't realize it would be two different heights. He really likes the mattress and says it very comfortable at night and great for when he reads books during the day. Love the walnut wood looks so beautiful in his room at the facility. Thanks for the fast delivery, you really helped us out of a jam needing this bed for when he was discharged.

I ordered this bed on a Tuesday and had it up and running by Friday afternoon. Crazy fast delivery and customer service were very helpful. I ordered this bed with the cherry headboard and customer service called me the same day I ordered to inform me that there was a backorder on the color. I decided to switch to the mahogany and everything arrived so fast. The bed was very easy to put together ( just need to put the headboard and footboard on and the rails). Just an FYI, the bed is heavy and took 3 of us to move the bed upstairs. We have young boys so we were able to do it with just a little manpower. Great overall experience and will be recommending your company to family and friends. Hopefully they don't need you. Hahaha

What else could I possible need with this bed. This bed comes with everything I could imagine. I love the USB port, which seems to be such a small thing, but when you are bed bound and need to charge your phone or Ipad this is so nice. I also ordered the bed with the underbed light which has been super helpful for my wife when she helps me out at night. Bed is amazingly very comfortable and I couldn't be happier. Super quiet when adjusting the bed and the retacting head section is very nice and keeps me near my table. Delivery was great and the handyman that installed it was very nice. Thanks!

This bed has given me every position I could ever imagine. I love using the tilt feature where I can turn the bed into more of a chair for watching tv. This has been much easier on my back. Probably not the most important feature, but it really has made a difference in comfort. The hand control buttons are easy for me to push which is good because I have very arthritic pain in my fingers. Love the bed and very happy the delivery of the bed. Best looking piece of furniture in my bedroom!! Haha

This bed is such a godsend for the needs we as caregivers have with Alzheimer's patients. I am a caregiver for a family member and this bed has been amazing in caring for a Alzheimer's patient. This bed goes so low that we don't have to worry about the patient getting up out of bed and harming himself. The bed also looks like a normal bed which for an Alzheimer's patient is much easier to adjust to than a typical hospital bed. The family loves the bed and the patient is comfortable and this bed makes things much easier for all of us. Great bed and the installer was super friendly and knowledgeable.

This bed has so many cool features, the only downside would be that the tech who installed the bed didn't show us how to use the rails. Some of this is our fault since we told him that we were great when he was finished, but we wished he would have just showed us how to move the rails. We did figure it out on our own. The bed has been great and all positive views from our Dad and his caregivers.

I understand why this bed is a staff pick. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us all of the reasons why this bed could work for us. He was right on the mark and this bed has been a game changer for our Mom. We did see that they have a USB port now for this bed which we have ordered seeing Mom loves being on her Ipad looking at grandchildren's photos and weather. She loves how the bed can light up at night when she needs to go to the bathroom. Makes it much easier to know where the floor is for her to place her feet to get up. She loves the remote that lights up as well as the easy to press buttons which are so much better than her rental bed. We and my Mom are 100% happy with our purchase. Installation guy was very careful getting the bed upstairs to her room and was super nice. Thanks from our family to the Express family!!!

We can't complain at all about the bed. Bed has been exactly as we thought and to a certain extent even better. The only issue we had with the bed is that the installer's van had issues and he had to reschedule installation. We get things happen and he had the bed installed the next day.
