I will never buy anything from Event Decor Direct again. About a month ago, I bought a 4-foot light-up number (marquee style), but it arrived smaller than the ones I had purchased previously. Someone from the company told me they had changed the dimensions due to shipping issues. I am angry and frustrated because I paid for a 4-foot size, and that is not what I received. The representative also mentioned that there is a notice on the website—which I never saw when making the purchase—stating that a change was being made. So, my question is: why do they keep selling it as a 4-foot item? The solution they offered was for me to modify it myself to match the size of the previous ones; otherwise, to get one in the original size, I would have to pay an extra $100 and return the smaller number at my own expense—costing me another $85 on top of the $304. 18 I initially paid. It’s insane: a single marquee number would end up costing a total of $489. 18. . .

Thanks so much, the replacement is different and honestly it seems the attachment piece is of a better quality. I really like the newer version because it seems more secure. Can I order the attachment separately so that my remaining 5 have the same type of attachment! Thanks for the replacement.

Trying to resolve this issue with no luck. I was charged 233. 00 for items never received . When I called to check on tracking, my order cannot be found. Still have not received refund because they have no record of my account however , I get emails and was charged for those items .
