Was a terrible ignored experience. My adjustable poles are jammed shut, used all of 4 times maybe. Cried last time trying to use them, it’s pathetic. Can’t get piles past the bare 6foot mark, I just asked for some type of help please. Too much money spent to deal with this, suppose to have the luxury to adjust to any size, purchased all and I mean all accessories. Not worth the headache and the way I was just ignored. Terrible customer service. Not even a suggestion!! Go to hell! Won’t buy from this company ever again. Zero help from customer service!

Long story short, we had an issue with an order. The customer service team work quickly to assist us and resolved our issue. They actually went above and beyond for us!

Thanks so much, the replacement is different and honestly it seems the attachment piece is of a better quality. I really like the newer version because it seems more secure. Can I order the attachment separately so that my remaining 5 have the same type of attachment! Thanks for the replacement.
