This seat does not seem secure and has a lot of movement in the locked position.

I was debating between this one and the graco 3 in 1 turn to me. After research and reviews I’m 300% glad I went with this one. I had already had the Evenflo pivot travel system and just purchased the Evenflo Reversi. The color, cushion, and safety features are so worth it, mamas you will not be disappointed!

I am extremely upset with how things were handled in my case. I ordered the wrong car seats, not realizing the weight limit was 40 pounds and I thought it was 65. Immediately noticed what I did and emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering (only way to cancel). They emailed me back more than 24 hours later telling me that there is a 90 minute cancel window and they weren’t able to cancel the order, even if I emailed 5 minutes after, a representative didn’t open my request to cancel in the 90 minute time frame and I would have to PAY, at my own expense to ship them back. I will not be buying car seats for my twins from Evenflo.

I love this product! I was worried it wouldn't fit in our Camaro, but it was compact enough easily install! My 7 month old is very comfortable and loves sleeping in it. Although the shipping was 1 day late, I was easily able to track our package to make sure we were home at the time of delivery. I especially love that there is a little pocket for the user manual.

Customer service is not at all helpful in resolving issues. No customer service outside of 8am-5pm business hours. I provided my phone number to discuss a return and basically got an email response that I got what I ordered. Order from Amazon so that if you are not happy you have a free return policy. Read the return policy carefully before purchasing for this site.

I purchased this attachment, thinking I was buying the xpand stroller. I obviously had to return it, and the shipping caused more than half of what I paid for the item. This company sells mostly strollers and car seats. These items are heavy, and ordering can easily be mistaken for First time Parents. Or parents like me for the first time, having a toddler and a newborn. I would never order from this company again.

The shipped travel system box was damaged however the product inside was OK.
