Wonderfully

Bought a car seat and did everything they asked and now they want videos after the pictures and the receipt, the provided email and phone number and now it something else. There trying to make me aggravated so they won't replace the car seat. Now they want video, her weight and height, has nothing to do with the purchase. Its ridiculous they won't just replace there product they supposed to stand behind. It's ridiculous and should be addressed and the lady I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. They need to fix the issue. They don't even have Google reviews turned on probably for this reason. But I'll screenshot and post it to social media so everyone know if this isn't fixed

I have the receipt as they requested, I had the email linked purchase as they requested, I had the phone number and address linked with my purchase as they requested and now it's something else and so forth and so on. They are trying to make it to where I give up and just stop so they don't have to fix or replace the product. The lady I was speaking to was rude and unprofessional and basically refused to help me in any way except to make it harder for me to fix or replace my car seat i purchased from them. You'd think they would want to keep a child safe without having to go through so many problems. I'm starting to question there alternatives. They need to make this right. I've already sent them all they should need .

Best purchase so far! Baby girl is comfy in this one… and less fussy about riding!

I had an older model of the xpand back in 2018/2019 I am in LOVE with this newer version. The leather on the handle is a very classy touch and it’s just as smooth. I do wish the width of the wheels were a little slimmer like the normal pivot but still rides smoothly and is super durable.
