My daughter got the PIVOT SUITE MODULAR TRAVEL SYSTEM WITH LITEMAX INFANT CAR SEAT Before her daughter was born in October never used it until third week of October 2025 and already the bottom basket part zipper broke. Nothing can be put down there. . we contacted customer service sent pictures and everything and they said they cannot make it right, so be aware because if someone buys you that as a gift and you don’t use it for months later, and it tears up and they will not make it right. We had planned on buying a 360 car seat when the baby was old enough from evenflo but we wanna no longer purchase any of their items because of this it’s absolutely uncalled for if you pay $500 for a car seat stroller combo, it should not break in less than five months. Do Better Evenflo!

I had purchased the Revolve 360 SensorSafe Limited Edition Car Seat but found that the seat often gets stuck when rotating my son to the rear-facing position. He isn't even at the maximum weight limit and only weighs 23lbs. In addition, the seat belts continue to twist through the belt holder and the buckle pieces which takes time to untwist before being able to safely buckle him in. There should be any reason for this inconvenience, especially after spending almost $700 for a car seat that is supposed to be convenient.

A high chair that's easy to put together, sturdy and can be converted later to a table and chair. Very pleased with it for my 16 month old grandson.

Bought the Evenflo Revolve360 Extend Rotational car seat. Noticed one day while strapping in my kid that the strap on the car seat was frayed. After contacting customer service I was told that I had to buy a new one because a frayed strap wasn't covered under warranty. Shame on you for selling faulty seats and not taking responsibility of your products.

It was super easy to order & shipping was fast.

The product was okay but I was expecting a nonrethread harness for the car seat and that was not the case for this travel system. I decided to return and purchase one that has no rethread harness.

The shipping was great got the items on time.
