I was genuinely excited about the Evenflo Shyft DualRide because of its innovative design and convenient features. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to a significant issue with the stroller functionality. The wheels are completely stuck in the folded position, and despite pressing the release button as instructed, they will not unfold. This essentially defeats one of the primary reasons for purchasing this car seat in the first place. I really love the concept and features of the Shyft DualRide, but it's difficult to recommend a product when such an essential function does not operate as intended. For a car seat at this price point, I expected better reliability and quality control. I would appreciate the opportunity for Evenflo to make this right by providing a replacement that functions properly. If a replacement is provided and performs as advertised, I would be more than happy to update my review to reflect that experience. I truly want to love this product, and I believe it has the potential to be an excellent option for parents. However, based on my current experience, I cannot recommend it until this issue is resolved.

Not good car seat and costumer service

I’ve been using this product for a little over a year, and I’ll using the car seat again with my new born next month! Great travel system, traveled with it and had no issues fitting in the airport travel bag(car seat, stroller and bassinet attachment)

When I reached out to evenflo regarding a faulty break on a stroller I had used for 3 months I was told initially they would send me a new one since the one I had was discontinued.. when I called again waiting for my stroller I was told this was incorrect that they would not be sending me the stroller replacement they promised but instead a new break wheel for me to replace myself.. a new mom with a very poorly put together stroller after sending videos as requested to have “changed their mind” is poor customer service and will not be purchasing again.

Everything went well :)

My order never arrived to me. Was taken to the wrong apartment and signed by a random person. Nothing has been done about this so far :/

Beyond satisfied with the product! Once installed this has been both mine and my daughter’s favorite car seat. Extremely easy to use saves my back.

Excellent Quality Quick order turn around

I contacted Customer Service about purchasing a double stroller combo with the car seat and toddler seat. But there was no way for me to purchase another matching car seat.

Car seat base is easy to install and follow safety directions. Love that the bassinet attachment turns into the stroller chair. Easily portable to get out the seat attachment for long walks or quick grocery runs in the car seat. Material is easy to clean

Damaged item

Love the car seat I got.

Great travel system, easy to use!

The travel system shipped incredibly quickly and arrived within just two days of placing the order. Everything arrived promptly and as expected. Excellent shipping and service!

I love these car seats so much that anytime I have friends that are about to have babies. I get them these car seats as a baby gift! So helpful for any large vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, etc. especially if you have mobility issues you’re not crawling into your car to get your babies into their seats.

I love it is so soft and is comfertable for my baby

Shipping is always speedy!

Unsatisfied with the feel and fit of this seat.
