I absolutely love my Evenflo car seat! As a mom, it has everything I need to keep my baby safe, comfortable, and secure. The installation was simple, the quality is excellent, and it gives me real peace of mind every time we’re on the road. One of my favorite features is the alert system. It notifies me if something is wrong with my baby, if the car gets too hot, and even tracks how long my baby has been in the car seat. These features provide an extra layer of safety and reassurance that every parent can appreciate. The built-in light is also amazing for nighttime drives, making it easier to check on my baby without disturbing her. And when she’s fussy, the soothing music helps calm her down and keeps her comfortable during our trips. Knowing my baby is protected and comfortable makes every ride less stressful. I highly recommend this car seat to any parent looking for safety, convenience, innovative features, and peace of mind.

We received the Bassinet and it was very easy to put together with the instructions . It is a beautiful Bassinet and We love the different levels it has for the growing infant. It is very safe and will work well for our sweet little girl. Also the music and lights are an added addition that will be nice.

I am extremely disappointed with the Evenflo Reversi stroller and would not recommend it to other parents. While using the stroller, it suddenly folded with my baby still inside. Thankfully, she was only startled and was not injured, but the situation could have been much worse. A stroller should never unexpectedly collapse during normal use, especially with a child in it. After the incident, the stroller became locked in the folded position and is now completely unusable. What has been equally disappointing is Evenflo’s response. I immediately contacted customer service regarding what I believe is a serious safety issue. I received one response requesting additional information, which I promptly provided. Since then, despite multiple follow-up emails and repeated attempts to reach someone by phone, I have received no response or resolution. As a parent, I trusted this company and have had positive experiences with Evenflo products in the past, which makes this even more frustrating. The stroller’s unexpected collapse represents a significant safety concern, and the lack of communication afterward has left me feeling that the issue is not being taken seriously. I am grateful that my daughter was not hurt, but I cannot overlook what happened. Because of both the product failure and the poor customer service experience that followed, I will not be purchasing Evenflo products in the future.

Garbage

For its price, it’s a great car seat! Delivery was fast. I love that it rotates 360 in either direction - helping me and my bad back! It’s pretty easy to install (I just watched a video first). I have a Subaru Ascent with captain chairs and you can’t have the front seats all the way back when the car seat is reclined back all the way which sounds worse than it actually is. My husband is 6’ and I’m 5’9’’ and we haven’t cared. Fabric has been easy to clean. Love the removable cup holders. I wish the crotch buckle wasn’t so side, it looks uncomfortable but doesn’t leave red mark or anything on my son’s thigh. We haven’t been so pleased with the car seat, we bought a second one for our second car. Thats a Toyota Camry and it’s a perfect fit!
