Overall great experience ordering from Evenflo!

We searched ,as I know many parents do, forever for the perfect car seat. I am so pleasantly pleased with this one from the safety and piece of mind it gives us when having others traveling with our baby to the peace it gives from the sensory soothe light bar and sound machine. This is a great, affordable car seat that does it all. We were going to go with another big name brand seat but there are no additional safety feature like the litemax has on the market for the price this one is at. We cannot wait to upgrade to another Evenflo car seat in the future!

Great overall experience.

I own the dualshyft for my baby. From the beginning the fabric started to get ugly. I messaged Evenflo and was told I had to purchase a replacement if I wanted to. Then the handle started to fold when I would take my child out of the car. Now it will fold on its own as we are walking with the car seat or it won’t fold on the first try. Their customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced. First and last time using their brand. I’ll stick to Britax and Chicco

Seat is great and the slim design makes a huge difference compared to the original revolve we have. I purchased the one with SensorSafe and regretted it on our first long road trip. The app sent constant critical alerts while we were driving saying the baby was in the car. We all were—we were driving. The problem was the constant disconnect/reconnect of the service while we were traveling that caused these alerts. It was too distracting and I deleted the app within the first two hours of having it on. I’ll try it again when we are closer to home maybe. Th seat itself was easy to install and baby seems comfortable while also being protected.

I was very excited to purchase one of these for my daughter but was disappointed. I drive a ford escape, a small SUV and it was way too big for it. Then when I tried it out the straps were very flimsy and were constantly being tangled. I went to return the item within the 30 days and was told I would have to pay for shipping. It was going to be $125 to ship it back to Evenflo and I had paid $215 for it. I ended up selling it on Facebook marketplace to get my money back because there was no way I was paying that much for shipping. Would not recommend and will not be a returning customer.

Great service love the quality of the product!

I bought the carseat and wanted to return it before I opened the box. I had to call Evenflo and received an email with the return instructions. The instructions simply says you can ship it back to them on your own dime and it would've cost nearly 80 dollars to ship the product back for a carseat I paid 112 dollars for. They do not make it clear how the returns was handled before you buy the product. So save yourself some money and either don't buy the product or just buy it from a 3rd party website like Amazon so you can actually make a return.

Second the buckle seems to be too short even at the furthest slot. The buckle seems to be under or almost under my child. (4months 22. 3lbs). 99. 8 percentile baby might have some issues here with the buckle not fitting properly.

The seat seems fine enough, but the packaging was terrible and the service was worse. The package was delivered completely open and the chair was soaked from the rain. No one even responded to my email about it.

In theory a great product. In reality not so. Extremely difficult to set up - needed 3 smart adults and YouTube and still not sure it’s correct.
