We love the wagon! We saw someone with it at the zoo and she raved about it so we figured we’d give it a shot for our small Army of children. The kids love it and the snack tray is perfect. We’ve enjoyed multiple walks around the neighborhood.

Ordered 2 booster seats one showed the other is over a week late! I reached out to customer service to request a refund of the shipping they declined then I requested to just return the items they declined that as well so I had to dispute the charge with my bank! I wouldn’t order from this company again

I’m trying to issue a return on an eligible, unused car seat that is way too narrow and the care line when called during their business hours is always “temporarily unavailable, please try again later, goodbye. ” I’ve tried countless times this week, and no other contact method online. This is far more disappointing to me than the car seat itself.

I bought the Shift Dualride, which isn't cheap, and although it's a good product, the soft top broke. When I called customer service, they told me they didn't have that part and that I'd have to buy another one, as if $600 wasn't enough. They should have spare parts available, especially if it's an expensive product. How can they not have an extra piece of plastic?

We received the shyft duelride as a gift and I was having a panic attack try to get my daughter out of the vehicle! The front wheels are stuck in the base and WILL NOT detach. We have tried everything. The correct lever. Pressing both levers on the back. Pressing them both at the same time. Making sure there’s no obstruction. We even took the front wheels off! It’s just sitting in our garage now still attached to the base. I even had someone come out who has this exact stroller and we still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it! I was so excited to receive this product because I needed the convenience with two under two and I am genuinely so upset it’s not working.

I made a purchase online for this car seat/stroller combo and I never received it. I contacted Evenflo and they gave haven’t done anything about it. I suggest for anyone not to shop here, just go buy it in person!

Baby isn’t here yet, but it seems to be good quality and sturdy. Only thing that I don’t like about it is you have to take the tray off to use the car seat with the stroller and that seems inconvenient. Why not just make the tray compatible with the car seat? I knocked off a star because of that, but otherwise, it seems to be a good travel set.
