I’d have to give negative stars. I bought this as my second Evenflo car seat, expecting the same great experience as before. Unfortunately, during the initial installation, the vehicle seatbelt got completely stuck between the base and the car seat. To make matters worse, Evenflo's customer service has been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful. Very frustrating experience for a loyal customer.

I still haven't got my order and I have put so many claims in saying that I haven't. And yet I still haven't heard back yet. I provided proof of my residence as shown above. My baby is arriving soon and I need this car seat sooner rather than later

I purchased an Evenflo stroller from Canadian Tire and was informed i would have a 90day manufacturer warranty for any defects. I got home setup the stroller only to realize the frame is quite loose and is unsafe for use for a baby. I have called 3days in a row but received no help at all. Every time i have asked to speak to a manager they say they are in a meeting and would call back but no one has called. They keep avoiding to provide me with any solution. The product i saw in store prior to making the purchase, the stroller frame was not as loose as the one i purchased. It has only been a week since i purchased and haven’t used the stroller and Evenflo is denying me a refund for a defective product. Canadian tire would not refund as well as they say all strollers are final sale from their end. Such a scam of a company, whats the 90day manufacturer warranty if they wont replace a defective product. Wife is due in the next few days and we are not getting any solution from Evenflo, i have the right to get my money back if the product i was sold is not upto standard and not safe to hold a baby. After going through such a negative experience i will be avoiding all Evenflo products, and would like to get a refund.

Very happy with our purchase. This seat looks so comfy and supportive and it was so easy to install and use. My only complaint is with the Sensor Safe clip. The notifications from it are pretty relentless and not customisable. I get temperature warnings every few minutes even after the air has been blasting and the temperature feels fine. I also receive notifications that the child is still in the car frequently when I am also still in the car and we are on the road. I mostly decided to get this clip for when my baby is older and potentially starts unbuckling themselves but it seems glitchy and excessive and I kinda wish we went with a regular chest clip because of the extra anxiety this one causes.
