The product came very quickly after we ordered it. Unboxing and putting everything together was easy. We are excited to start using it.

I accidentally ordered 2 food trays for the stroller. To return the extra one, I was charged $18.00 for mailing. For an item that was a little over 20 dollars,that didn’t sit well with me.

Box delivered with damage and Won't do anything about it. I was told to put together the stroller myself and gift it to my son and daughter-in-law with a bow on it. My son wanted the experience of putting the stroller together for his wife and unborn child. Evenflo will not do anything about it. I simply would like a replacement in a nicer box to gift. I'm incredibly disappointed with Evenflo and FedEx

Garage DO NOT BUY had for 6 months doesn’t lock if you twisted and if you push hard it will unlock and turn so unsafe. So disappointing especially after how much money I spent.

Very good and helpful for new born

I definitely think this stroller/wagon is cool. It’ll be so helpful when my new little ones here and I only have 2 out of my 6 kiddos with me during school time. BUT I do think it’s definitely overpriced and it’s not that simple to put away in the car. I have a van with a good amount of room in the trunk but it’s still bulky and heavy. I do hate how you have to put the entire thing together every time you want to use it. I’ve already had the sensor soothe car seat before and it’s a pretty cool car seat only thing is it uses a lot of battery life…Other than these things it’s a nice stroller/wagon and car seat.

I received the evenflo stroller as a gift. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I used it twice and the wheels started squeaking. The quality is junk. Not worth it at all

Poor return policy

I placed my order on 08/18/26 and still have not received the product. I ordered Pivot NXT Travel System w/ Revolve180 LiteMax NXT Infant Car Seat Driftwood Brown but I never received the product due to no one being home. The product goes back to Evenflo and when I called they told me it was out of stock and I needed to select another stroller. So I asked how is it out of stock if that’s my stroller I paid for and she said that stroller goes to the warehouse for parts and we can’t get it. So I selected another stroller and I asked if it can get expedited and she said she couldn’t help expedite it and the product cost $30 less but couldn’t refund me the difference. I was very frustrated but went ahead and still exchanged the product. I still have not received the stroller and this is a gift for my daughter and it’s her first baby and she is due this coming week. The deliver part is out of your control but not being able to refund me or get me the same product is very disappointing.
