The representative was very helpful, efficient and nice on the phone

The unit units extremely noisy thanks to the design of the Nasal Connector. Not only does it keep my wife awake, it also does the same to me.

I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s been 5 days since I started using it and it is going great!

I ordered a travel cpap. They didn't send anything that made it compatible with my mask and they sent the wrong Humidx.

Even after buying attachments, the airmini is too loud and too dry. Woke up with a sniffly nose that lasted the whole next day. Couldn't return it because they only take unopened returns. Resellers will only but it back for a 10th the price. Travel cpap deeply not worth it; just stick with hauling around the full size.

1. The app cannot be used in Taiwan. 2. If the tube accidentally comes off during sleep, the machine becomes very loud but does not stop automatically. Other than these two issues, everything else is great.

Great value and easy ordering.

Exactly what we needed ! Fit perfectly and work well . Hard if not impossible to find on many CPAP sites ! Thank you for these !

My CPAP machine was returned to Resmed since I could not sign it. I had to travel out of the country due to family emergency. I called Resmed and FedEx to change the delivery address. But nothing happened. It’s frustrating. Resmed said they would email me details, but nothing!!

The website was good, and they coordinated the updated prescription with my doctor well. The order came soon after that. But, I'm having issues with the machine, and can't seem to get it resolved with customer service.

Appreciate the sale price and quick shipping. Wish the site had clearer descriptions of the case options. I regret the cheap soft case after receiving it and a bit more detail could have guided my choice better.

Fast delivery.
