The only issue I have is when I order routine replacement products I am always prompted that I must provide my medical prescription even though my prescription is on file. The ordering system should be able to decipher and disable the prompt asking for medical prescription for repeat customers
Even though ResMed recived my script, my seting were not right. I had to make an appt with my doctor to ensure that all my settings were set to mirror my AirSense 11.

Never received my purchase. Resmed left two voicemails on my phone with no last name or extension. Customer service was awful on the call back. Bring direct with them is confusing to them.
I spoke to a gentleman named Michael in your customer service department. I do not think he could have been more considerate and more attentive to my issues. He did an amazing job helping me with a new mask. He is a credit to your organization.
The customer service folks are friendly and helpful. However the folks that pack and ship the orders are insufficient. I have received the wrong order three separate times now and each time I re-order it takes another 2 to 3 weeks to receive the items which 50% of the time are wrong.
N30 needed a new head band. price for this small thing is crazy . They assume every person has insurance to pay for this . Some of us do not.
Working with the shop was fine. Got my machine delivered in great time-I did pay extra for that service.
Resmed did fine the Airfit X30i not so good.
No issues.
It would be great if I could order online. You have an "online store" but I am unable to change my item or my size (even though I choose a size online, what is shipped is whatever I had last time and I'm told I have to call in every time to change things) I need multiple styles to avoid pressure sores, being able to choose an item online would be optimal, as it is this is not a "store" this is just a "bill my insurance" approval system.
Resmed has been incredibly helpful throughout my learning process with CPAP treatments, and I'm so grateful I had such a supportive company to turn to.
The noise from my new Airmini's narrow tubing is rather extreme and very near my humidifier adapter/P10 pillow connection. Will you please send me an elbow and/or regular size tubing with an adapter for my new Airmini? Otherwise, I will need to return my new Airmini asap.
I like it. However, where the face mask was lined, the frame was not. I thought the frame would be lined as well.
