I tried to return a sleep mask and have gotten no response from customer service. The mask is unworn and in new condition.

Where the shipping was fine the mask on the travel cpap is seriously lacking. The mask tears my nose up even with the recommended silicone pad for the nose. I need a full face mask and it's very uncomfortable

The operator was able to get my order submitted and ready for shipment the same time we’re paying for it; it was a very simple transaction; thank you

Too long of a wait to talk to a person- to get my answer

The phone rep was most helpful and patient as I tried to figure out my replacement parts needs. I could not have done it without his calmness during my confused ordering.

The mask feels good and blocks out the light. But you would think that a mask designed by a CPAP company would have made the mask compatable with a pillow-mask…but it does not. In order to get the mast low enough that it is not resting on your eye-literally…it then dislodges the pillow mask. A shame.

My travel cap has still not arrived

Unfortunately, it took longer than they said to get here! I didn’t need the products yet so that helped! I know things happen with shipping and maybe you don’t know that either!!!otherwise glad to have the products available too!

no issues with the shipping

Order was not processed for two weeks because of an "issue" on my account, Instead of reaching out to me I had to call in. Turns out there was no issue. One week later order still had not shipped. Turns out there was a note that there was a pickup order on my C-PAP machine. There was no such order, still have the machine. Cleared that, still never received my supplies. Five phone calls and supplies never shipped, I will never order my supplies from ResMed ever again.

Love the travel CPAP.

As always Resmed keeps me up to date with the supplies I need to control my Sleep Apnea. Having COPD as well makes for a frightening combination but Resmed's consistent assistance in addressing my concerns and their quality products puts my mind at ease. Resmed is the best of the best.
