I was disappointed with the effort required to get the required prescription information to ResMed to order a N30 mask pack - needed my prescriber to include a length of treatment on the prescription (99 months or lifetime). Took 4 days to get the provider to resolve and then an extensive form was required by the med office. Considering I had called the ResMed customer service line before placing the order and my med office in advance to see what might be required, I thought I understood the ordering process. Anticipating this hassle with every future support kit order. By contrast, no issues with the separate retailer used for the AirMini order.

Quick shipment, although the ordering process was difficult. The website did not work well… and then there was no communication that they had “continued on” with the process - without informing me.

Customer service was great. Somehow I purchased the unit twice and I quickly called to have one canceled. Customer service was helpful and got the cancellation completed. I received several emails confirming the cancellation. Shipping on the other hand was frustrating as it was delayed in transit a couple times. A hassle because a signature was required and I didn’t receive notification of the delays until the end of the day it was supposed to be delivered. I also paid for priority shipping so the delays seemed not worth the extra cost.

The headgear is much harder to adjust than my old one, doesn’t have Velcro, and pops off by itself. I would not Purchase it again and would prefer to return it if possible.
