There is not an option to include the correct parts for someone using the nasal pillow mask. It has taken me several orders to get it to work and I still do not have a humidifier that will work with the nasal pillow mask.

I should have gone to a local retailer. I was never assigned a customer representative, was over-charged, and not send the materials I'd been promised. The essential missing items may or may not reach me before my next extended trip. Customer service was lousy.

ResMed always has what I need. In fact, I got husband's CPAP machine for a great price. Often buy needed supplies, very quick delivery.

Trouble getting support. I bought from online site but have trouble getting support. I did not sleep well using this travel CPAP. Too much air pressure, forced air into my mouth. Made a lot of noise.

This is a great mask, and I get little to no leakage.

I couldn’t order through the eshop. Resmed eshop claimed they needed my prescription. I easily ordered by phone through Adapt Health

Called service hotline. The rep was Very Knowledgeable and helpful. If not for her, I probably would not have ordered the machine.
