It took far too long to get the prescription straightened out to your satisfaction. My doctor's office sent the prescription multiple times. Only when I asked my doctor's office to email the prescription and cc to me did you seem to acknowledge receiving it. Then it was a couple of rounds of it's missing this, that, or the other. I could understand all the hoops if I was trying to order the machine. But all I wanted was the new hose with the integrated oxiport which has taken far too long to bring to market. Once the prescription was straightened out things went smoothly other than a delay in delivery due to weather that was out of your control. The hose is is exactly what I have been wishing for since I was put on supplemental oxygen.
The sales person was efficient and knowledgeable. She was pleasant to deal with. Overall, she was excellent!!
I needed to speak with a Customer Service Representative before placing an order for my Mini ResMed equipment. The person was very knowledgeable about the equipment and informed me that I needed a prescription. I received the order quickly with no shipping damage. Great ResMed!

Your protocols did not match my doctor’s on Rx writing and it was a huge headache. Then you sent a head piece that doesn’t hook up to my mini Rez machine. Lots of effort and lots of money wasted.

Hi, service and delivery time good. However, the tubing sent to replace the worn tubing did not come with a connector to the CPAP machine. The attached photos show the new cable, white, with no connector to machine. The gray tubing has the device for plugging the tubing to the Cpap machine. Where can I get help attaching the missing connector from tubing to machine and tubing to mask? Thank you!

I received the device in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, for me it was not correctly set to my prescription. It was set so high that it would blow my mouth 5 or more times a night. To the degree that I would have to use an additional pillow forced under my chin and mouth to keep them from being blown open.

I have been using the original mask given to me by my sleep doctor for about the past two years. It is starting to wear out, so I got online and found the digital resmed store. I had never purchased anything on there, so I shopped around and figured out what I wanted to buy. I paid $90 dollars for a ResMed N30I frame and nasal pillow. I did not pay attention to the size, but even if I would have, I have no idea what size I need. The size that was sent was a small and it is too small for me to use. When I contacted you guys about it, a woman called me back the next day and said that the company is not willing to give me a refund or exchange it for a bigger size. Terrible customer service. I had to pay $90 just to figure out that i need to pay another $90 for a bigger size. . . . . Complete bull shit!!
