My last two most recent orders failed to contain the straps that attach to the P-10 mask to hold it on my face. I had to retail shop for the item!

A little over a year ago I purchased an Air Mini CPAP machine for when I travel. I have found this to e a very worthwhile investment, especially since it has also been handy for when want to take a short nap in my easy recliner. I recently went to the Resmed online store to purchase a spare hose, mask adapter, and replacement filters. I found all the information about the products I needed to be easy to find and understand in order to make a quick, well informed purchase.
I went to my doctor and he said the mini needed to be programmed, but when we started the machine, we found it was already programmed and ready to work. I only regret not ordering replacement for humidifiers at the time I ordered. When I went back to the site, I had to order $500 to qualify for discount. I hope that you will notify me of any sales.

The only issue I have is when I order routine replacement products I am always prompted that I must provide my medical prescription even though my prescription is on file. The ordering system should be able to decipher and disable the prompt asking for medical prescription for repeat customers
Even though ResMed recived my script, my seting were not right. I had to make an appt with my doctor to ensure that all my settings were set to mirror my AirSense 11.

Never received my purchase. Resmed left two voicemails on my phone with no last name or extension. Customer service was awful on the call back. Bring direct with them is confusing to them.
I spoke to a gentleman named Michael in your customer service department. I do not think he could have been more considerate and more attentive to my issues. He did an amazing job helping me with a new mask. He is a credit to your organization.
