It’s alright. A bit expensive but ok.
Easy to work with.
Fast and easy. ResmedMini works great for traveling.
Always helpful
Poor and mislabeling of product
I have the wrong filter for my travel CPAP I should’ve checked them before I left. I’ll try to return the ones I haven’t opened. Thanks Myles Monroe.
No Problems. Now waiting to see how easy it is to travel with the mini and whether it’s worth the expense.
Works as I hoped! Easy packing and easy set-up
Excellent
Need much more transparency on price at time of order and. too much reliance on phone orders. Should be able to order online.
Website was fine, selection was fine. Customer service was pathetic. Arranged for FedEx overnight deliver of my CPAP. On the day the package was supposed to arrive, it was obvious something was off, so I both called and emailED customer service to have them intervene with their shipper, FedEx. Not a single response to probably 4 phone calls and 3-4 emails, in spite of numerous people on the phone telling me they would make it “high priority” and get back to me. Those are signs of a broken system. The unit seems to work fine now that I have it, but I’ll be holding my breath if I ever need customer service. Emailed the Resmed CEO about this pathetic performance. He’s apparently too aloof and important to respond…or even have his staff reach out. Again, not signs of a company with their act together.

Had what I needed, fair price, quick delivery.
The cleaning wipes & aloe Product contains solution that I am allergic too, yet it was not listed, and it wasn't until I asked what was in it, that it revealed. Had it been listed on the container, I would Not have bought it. And now, no offer of any kind to mitigate.
I bought the Airmini with the hope that it was going to resolve my traveling challenges, one, having to carry the regular CPAP, and second that it was going to help me have an undisturbed sleep. To my disappointment, the airmini's air pressure is loud enough that keeps me waking up throughout the night. I wake up unrested as If i had not used a CPAP. I tried returning it but ResMed, rightly so, reminded me of their return policy. Although one has 30 days to return it, the CPAP must be unopened, unused and in the original package. Which after trying it, this return policy doesn't make sense. I had my full trust that it was going to work for me, I didn't give enough thought to the return policy. What good does a 30-day to return policy do if one doesn't know if it's suitable for you? It's a lot of money to risk for a product that limits you to look at the package without knowing if it's going to work for you or not. It's clear to me now that customer satisfaction is not a priority for ResMed. So, if you're considering an AirMini be aware that your satisfaction is not guaranteed. You're limited to see the package but don't open it. Your satisfaction is not a concern. If you don't mind and have money to waist, then go ahead and gamble with your money with ResMed. When you realize that it's not what you were expecting call it a lost because you OPENED the box. If you do, pray that the Airmini works for you. By the way, I use the Airfit P10 mask. Someone else, mentioned that with the humidity filter the CPAP is even more noisy. If you have a partner, good luck. On the video, after I checked the mask fitting, the pressure and clearance of any posible obstruction.
Easy to use.
Perfection
I have not yet received my order.
Love it! I bought an adapter so I could use my old mask.
I have not received my order. It seems like it never left Georgia
