I did not recieve my order, and see it has been sitting in a shiping warehouse in Georgia for two weeks. Tried to cancel and get a refund but was told since it shipped I'd have return it for a refund. It is still sitting in the warehouse in Georgia. This is completely unacceptable for a medical device prescribed by a doctor. I purchased the same thing from a different vendor and had it in 3 days.

3 months to finally update my insurance. Should not have taken more than one click and potentially a few days to very, but 3 months is ridiculous. That is why I purchased my supplies from another supplier until you updated my insurance, hopefully it will go through insurance, or I will go back to my other supplier and give up on you all together. Your website is horrible, no way to see what the costs were in the past and nothing is intuitive.
