It was probably my fault, but I ended up with the wrong part and then they would not take it back because I had opened it. Of course I tried to connect it, and that’s how I found out it was too small.

I purchased replacement headgear for my N 30. I just thought it was headgear and did not realize it came with a mask and I inadvertently got the default mask choice, which is medium. I sent an email to you guys about the mixup and received a fairly quick response asking about the status of the headgear to see if it was able to be re-sold. I replied right away with the details you asked for and have yet to hear back. As right now I’ve spent $84 on head gear that I can’t use. It is still in the container it came in. I am hoping that there is a delay because it was over Fourth of July weekend. Fingers crossed.

Quick and easy

I find it hard to understand the website regarding the AirMini parts required to use the HUMIDX as an example. As a long time CPAP user of the Phillips Dream Machine I find the change to the ResMed CPAP of both the CPAPs for home use and the travel AirMini to default both finding the parts needed and setting it up. I looked into the video’s and I find them also to understand. I’m an engineer using CPAP’s for 25 -30 years and when I made this change and I was disappointed to get a shipment with the AirSense 11 and six filters period. No masks etc, and I had to go to the ResMed store to get them and waited 8 days to get the parts shipped to me.

Thank you for telling me what my local supplier could not. Just like the doctor said, the cushion fits the P30i just fine. When side sleeping a lot the seal can come loose, but it gives my nose a break when it is sore from the M - pillows.

Very good experience. Much better than adapthealth.
