Everything seems to be working well but headgear I was sent is uncomfortable for my head. Customer service is responsive but the large size headgear sent to me last seems still to be a bit on the tight side. I have a daily machine that had a larger headgear size and longer velcrow straps that I was using and I need something similar to that - both are resmed products.

Not Resmed's fault, but Fedex Home Delivery delivered to the wrong house. Luckily I was still able to get my package.
