After purchasing two hose reel carts, a number of watering attachments and the hose repair tool and parts (all excellent high-quality items) a shut-off valve with swivel developed a leak. After notifying Eley, a brand new one arrived within 3 days, and after testing proved to be perfect. The extremely rapid response and action are just another example of the ultimate high quality in products and service that Eley provides.

I purchased my Eley reel 8 years ago and always got compliments about the quality of the parts and construction. This year, it developed a leak. I contacted Eley about their 10 year warranty, and they responded right away. Within a week, I received a replacement part with the upgraded design that fit perfectly. Eley products are expensive, but the product and service are more than worth the price.

After posting my review of a recent hose purchase and describing the issue I was having with the hose kinking where it connects to the reel axle swivel, I was contacted by Eley customer service and they sent me an upgraded new design swivel which completely eliminated the problem. We have several Eley products and all are first class quality. Their customer service is also first class, a rare thing in these days.
