Lacks quality control, two corner bases and top aren’t plained and do not sit flush thus showing a noticeable line! Base is chipped, screws are to short to secure fire box

Terrible directions when it comes to making a box fit the model we purchased. I build the box following the directions and they were not correct. I called the number for help and the woman was not able to help. There are no videos online to show how it might be done online - this would be so easy for the company to do. Really disappointed for the cost of the unit.

I really like this fireplace! It fulfills a wish for a real fireplace which I don’t have in my nyc apartment. It’s attractive and fairly easy to use. I’m still learning the remote and all its buttons. My only complaint is that it smells very plasticky when out of the box. I think it’s stating to dissipate now or I’m just going nose-blind to it. It is very strong and chemically smelling so I took one star off.
