Fireplace insert fit perfectly into our existing opening. Looks amazingly realistic and the sound effects of the crackling fire adds another dimension!! Highly recommend……this unit replaced a water mist log set that just didn’t have the same look or sound.

I ordered my fireplace logs from Lowe’s. I searched and searched many different brands and to me this looked like a perfect set. I received them in a couple of days. I took them out of the box and they were exactly what I wanted them to look like. They are so realistic and look great. They fit perfectly. People do not believe they are electric. I plugged them in and they worked great. The heater is also very nice. Thank you for a truly great product😊.
