We loved the fireplace, our experience ws fantastic.

Great electric fireplace and looks quite realistic. It was the only one that fit our 25” wide fireplace stone opening. It gives the impression of a natural gas fireplace and the heating option is quite nice.. Shipping was quick however we had the surround get damaged but they shipped right away a replacement. Would definitely order from them again.

Unfortunately, the cord to this fireplace insert is too short at 6 feet, for my fireplace and alas, it seems that all fireplace inserts have a 6 foot cord. So I have no complaints about the actual functioning of the insert and Electric Fireplaces Direct has been incredible in their customer support. Just be sure to measure the exact distances from where you want the insert to go to your outlet and unless you want to have a new outlet installed be aware that the total distance is 6 feet.

Everything came out great and expected, highly recommended. This was a DIY project.

My Modern Ember 72-in Highmark Built-In Linear Electric Fireplace was delivered within a few days and the instructions made it very easy to assemble! The fireplace is absolutely beautiful and completes my family room!

Overall I love it but the reason for 4 stars is the colour of the stones is not great. The photos looked great but these look stones in real life have a yellow dusty look to them all. 😟
