From order date to delivery was 13 days. Boxes had some damage but no damage to the product. Fire place is great. Very good purchase.

We just love our new fireplace logs. The flames are not only beautiful to look at, but they heat up the front area of our house. We are very well pleased with them.

Experience was good, arrived quickly

Looks great, love the features, but it keep blowing the fuses. Never had anything else do that and we run everything from miter saws, vacuums, heated blankets, and tons of everything else. Could be the fuse box and looking into that.
