The device fits perfectly in my ears with no pain. I can turn the TV down so that everyone is confortable. I am not saying what all the time in conversations. My support person is Michelle and she has been absolutely wonderful and helped me all the way.

I've been very happy with the support received from Joyce. She has been very patient with all my questions and has adjusted hearing aids a few times to try to find the best levels for me. One thing that still bothers be is the hearing aids push out and I have to keep pushing them back in. Have tried the different size petals but no luck.

My hearing aids have quit during the day and when I finally get them to work again they do not seam to be working properly. Customer service is a 10 though when working through issues.

I can not get them to fit which I have spoken to my rep from your company. I was expecting an email or call about returning the hearing aides but I have still not had any contact from your rep
