The size of the hearing aids is perfect. I wear the devices for about 12 hours a day without getting a bothersome feeling. Inserting and removing the devices is very easy. The devices sit securely in the ear. There is no risk of losing them. The hearing aids are as good as invisible. The care is very easy. It is very convenient that the devices can be used all day with one battery charge. Charging with the case is quick and easy. I use the existing hearing profiles to have optimal hearing support in a given situation. Changing the profile with a tap of your finger is very convenient. I also appreciate the possibility of individually adjusting the hearing profile via the App. I am very happy with my decision to buy Eargo 6 and I hope to be able to use the devices for a long time.

The help staff is great. I was given a download of a customized music configuration that works great . I hear the higher pitch sounds and it is easier to stay on key.

They are extremely easy to use and adjust. In addition, the customer support is outstanding. I really do believe the customer support I've received from Eargo is the best support I've ever received from any business. That's on top of the excellent product the Eargo 6 happens to be.

I have a mid-level hearing loss in the higher frequency range which makes separating speech from background noise difficult. The filters and tuning available thru the app and the staff at Eargo have worked wonderfully for me in improving my ability to hear speech.

The service (Carrie Sheets) has been wonderful, and the convenience is unsurpassed.

Not being able to hear clearly takes a lot of the joy out of the freedoms that come with growing older. It is hard to admit you need hearing’ aids and even harder to get used to them. But EARGO has designed a product and support team that actually made it quite easy. I love them both!

I hear well with them but my ears do get itchy with them. I understand that is normal. Haven't tried to change the pedals or mic yet

Your product is great and service even better!!! But these aids are NOT right for everyone. So I would be hesitant to recommend them without explanation.

Exceptionally easy. no doctor appointments required. I ordered online, they were delivered. I opened the box and put them on charge, then followed the videos and took the hearing test. they adopted themselves to me hearing requirements. Extremely easy!

They still are not completely working correctly, but I am getting help on a personal ond to one level from Todd.
