I’ve had difficulty in hearing for several years and prior to purchasing the Eargo’s I did see an audiologist for testing and was recommended behind the ear hearing aids for both ears. I had previously done some research on both in-ear and behind the ear aids and was drawn to Eargo by the positive reviews. Prior to ordering and for quite some time I’ve had extreme difficulty in hearing and understanding conversations, Teams teleconferences, the TV and others. Once these were received, I can honestly say they have made a world of difference in my everyday hearing experience. You truly do hear many sounds not heard in a long time and I do like the fact they are mostly invisible. I played a round of golf with a good friend who didn’t notice them until we were on the 18th hole. I’m extremely pleased with the Eargos and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone considering any form of hearing aid.

I love them. I stepped on a dry leaf outside and jumped a foot! LOL! I have never heard that sound before. Great customer service and love the app on phone. Just keep them clean and they seem to be fine.

I'm very pleased with these hearing aids. They are comfortable to the point I don't realize I'm wearing them. Customer service is excellent. I had a problem with one aid and was sent a replacement promptly. I would say to anyone needing a hearing aid to buy these instead of the ones that go over the ear. Very happy I bought these.

The Eargo hearing aids have provided me with a measured improvement in my hearing, and I’m grateful for that. Second, I’m very impressed by the support and follow up I’ve received. One really small but important feature with these hearing aids is that they have allowed me to hear the wonderful sounds of the birds.

Its been about a month since I started using the Eargo 6 hearing aids and have had no problems. Twice I've had questions and called the help line. Both times my call was returned within 15 minutes and my questions were answered. To me, the big benefit is not having to make an appointment at the hearing aid place, usually a few days out. With the Eargos I can make changes myself. Looks like I'm going to be keeping them. By the way your website and videos are excellent.

The in ear design is SO much better than the exterior brands … I did have some issues .. but was put in touch with a technician who adjusted my units , a bit hot at first and I was feeding back a lot. , which irritated my wife .. but I got hold of him again .. and he backed them off to a very satisfying user level .. I am SO HAPPY that I took the plunge ..as these are the fifth pair of aids that I have tried .. I would GLADLY be your advocate as I have been returned to about as good of hearing that I can resonantly expect .. I have severe tinnitus and hear a million crickets constantly… but NOW. I can stay with the conversation !!

I started shopping for hearing aids because of increased hissing noise of Tinnitis. I took a hearing test to find I have mild to moderate high intensity hearing loss which explained the TV volume. Other then the TV , I didn’t seem to have any other hearing issues. Eargo’s price, size and a Consumer Reports rating nudged me to try Eargo 6. I am very pleased with how the hissing of Tinnitis seems to disappear while wearing and I will say I may be hearing more chirping birds. 😊 The TV volume is way down, the aids require little maintenance, and are easy to clean. I am very impressed with the professional support and access to all information regarding my Eargo 6.

These little devices are absolutely life changing - virtually invisible in your ear and the service and support from Eargo has been amazing. After having my new Eargo 6's for a week I went to Sunday church and for the first time in about 5 years actually clearly heard every word my pastor had to say. And no one could tell I was wearing top notch state of the art hearing devices. These are really life changing and Eargo really goes out of its way to help you succeed and get the most out of these miracle devices. The staff at Eargo before my purchase and after have been fantastic being knowledgeable - kind - professional and really wanting you to succeed in life changing new hearing. I just cannot more highly recommend any product more.

The Eargo 6 set is the third generation of Eargos that I have purchased over the years. The first two being Eargo Neo and Eargo Neo HiFi. I didn't notice that much of an acoustic difference between these two generations. Although these earlier Eargo versions helped me in speech recognition, I found their sound to be tinny and incidental noises (such as car honks and other traffic noise) to be harsh. I eventually went with a "traditional" behind-the-ear system which has exceptional sound quality. However, I found these hearing aids to be awkward to use with glasses and masks--and they actually made my ears visibly protrude! When the Eargo 6 version was released, I started following the reviews.Eventually I found a new YouTube video posted by an independent audiologist who quantitatively analyzed the Eargo 6 and declared it to be a "quantum leap" better than the earlier versions which had only made "incremental improvements" (in keeping with my own limited experience). That got my attention, and I decided to give Eargo 6 a try. My experience with them has been excellent in terms of acoustics, hardware, and software. I still wear my behind-the-ear units when I'm at home since I still own them and they sound great, but I wear my Eargos when I'm anywhere else, which is to say, much of my waking time.

My overall experience with your hiring aids has been nothing but positive. From the initial inquiry to the after sale follow up has been nothing but a pleasure. These are my first hearing aids. I wanted something that didn’t hang off of the back of my ears and your aids fit the bill. Imagine my surprise when I discovered all the other high tech features that were incorporated into these hearing aids. I absolutely love them. They work and perform exactly as advertised. I cannot say enough good things about them. Keep up the awesome work!

Devices, service, and the human touch have been flawless. I wanted to wait and see if EARGO was too good to be true. Nope. They’re really as good as their promise, and I highly recommend them. The sound is great, they’re invisible, their service and warranty promise has been kept, and I love them!

Eargo has exceeded my expectations! After being somewhat reluctant to purchase hearing devices on line, I did my usual exhausting research and convinced myself to give it a go. To date, I am very pleased with my Eargo 6’s, but by far more pleased with the quality, support and the caring of your organization. It started with my first contact and has been consistently top quality throughout. I must remark how substantially helpful Raquel Santiago was with extremely helpful tips and recommendations to make using the Eargo’s easier to use and adjust to. She is a great asset to your company but even greater to your customer. Having run a service business for thirty five years, the quality of your entire organization is something to be admired. The hearing aides are small and fit well and work well. I also like that I can adjust the volume and where I am with my phone. It's so nice to able to hear things again without asking someone what was said. Thank you for reminders of care for the product. Time slips by so quickly that I can forget when to do maintenance my Eargo.

The Eargo 6 is really an amazing device - much less cumbersome than the Oticons behind the ear hearing aids I started with and still use occasionally. With Eargos, I don't need to have my haircut done in a particular style to hide the Oticon microphones sitting on my ears. They are truly almost invisible. No problem using a mask or sunglasses with no mics on my ear. I almost lost my Oticons twice in a parking lot when I removed my mask. I can watch TV with my head on the pillow and not feel compression on my ear as with the Oticons. I am not aware that I am wearing them nor are members of my family or friends.
