Sent my Mavic 3 Pro Cine for a rotor repair. The drone was sent back to me after repairs with the onboard SSD no longer operational. Months of back and forth ensued and Drone Nerds refused to take any ownership of this happening and now i have a quasi functional drone that just took a $3k loss because i can no longer use the SSD or shoot in Pro Res. Afterwards they said they would refund me for the rotor repairs and after a month havent done so. This isn't even scratching the surface of countless emails I sent to them and phone messages left that went un-returned. If you value your equipment, look elsewhere!

Like I said in review. Shipping was great and fast. Just wish I knew ahead of time that I had to be home to sign for it. Had to miss a day of work for that. I understand why just wish I knew to plan for it
