6 MONTH'S LATER 😂

The description of the product clearly included a 'Sling bag' but there was no bag included, and so far customer service has only acknowledged and apologized. I think Drone nerds should simply send me an Avata 2 Carry more bag, since it is a product on the site, and the price I paid was supposed to include it. An apology for the inconvenience does nothing to solve my problem. I need a bag still. Should I make a separate purchase for something I already bought?

Marion has been especially helpful throughout the entire process. He has always taken the time to answer my questions, follow up with me, and even spend time talking with me on the phone when I needed help. What has impressed me the most is that the service didn't stop after the sale. Marion continued to follow up and help me with things such as getting my Autel Premium Care activated and making sure I had the support I needed. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. I feel like Marion and I have developed a very good working relationship, and that means a lot to me. I have not received the drone, it has not been shipped, and DN is being unresponsive (I have called twice and was told twice someone would look into it and no one called me back). I would like to process a refund.
