I purchased a few batteries for my drone from Drone Nerds. They had exceptional communication and a fast mail delivery of the purchased products. I spoke with someone in sales before purchasing and they were extremely helpful/knowledgeable in the process. The only thing I did not have a good experience with was the cost of new drone batteries! Pricey

I popped this up right away and got this video. Thanks so much. I realize the quality isn’t great, but I had to film from a distance and did not have time to edit. Great service. Called in to get some insight into a defunct DJI Mini 3 remote controller and the tech that answered was super helpful. Even gave me some information for a Firmware reset that may fix the issue. For a few reasons I indeed up just purchasing a new remote controller - did not purchase from Drone Nerds originally. Looking forward to being able to fly my drone again for clients!
