I have not received my recent purchase due to the signature requirement. FedEx tried to deliver twice while I was at work. Not sure why a signature is needed on my nominal order. Disappointed and having to track down where to pick it up now and having problems….

I popped this up right away and got this video. Thanks so much. I realize the quality isn’t great, but I had to film from a distance and did not have time to edit. Great service. Called in to get some insight into a defunct DJI Mini 3 remote controller and the tech that answered was super helpful. Even gave me some information for a Firmware reset that may fix the issue. For a few reasons I indeed up just purchasing a new remote controller - did not purchase from Drone Nerds originally. Looking forward to being able to fly my drone again for clients!
