A terrible yet typical experience with a drone reseller. The salesman was very responsive until I told him I was going to make the purchase then he started ignoring my questions. The shipping was horrible. Everything I was told about how the shipping was going to occur, was incompetently handled. First my order was canceled because I use a PO Box instead of my home address. I trust the people in my local post office a whole lot more than I do you company. I had to place the order a second time and this was unacceptable. The person who made the decision to cancel my order without even contacting me to tell me why and work it out was incompetent. The shipping agent I was working through didn't follow through with what he told me, and because I was out of town, Fedex began delivering and telling me , because I was not at my home to sign and accept the deliveries, they were going to send the order back to the sender. If they did, I would not be placing the order a third time and would have demanded a total refund. I had to call/email both DN and Fedex 3 times each to get the order delivered to the correct location. It was a last call to a manager at Fedex that finally figured out how to do it right. I could not make this change on my own because your shipping agent shipped the packages with very strict conditions that were not acceptable because it was totally out of my control. DN doesn't hold all the blame for this fiasco, Fedex had their share of bad communication too. The amount of bad communication and shear incompetence within both companies is unbelievable. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from DN and I will never recommend to anyone else to buy anything from DN. That includes my students, my co workers, and other companies I deal with on an daily basis.

All I wanted was a new battery,not one that was depleted that was sitting on the shelf for 2 years. Battery doesn't fit in the drone without force.

He patiently guided me through the process of updating my drone, providing me with comprehensive knowledge about the website and the entire repair process. Josh walked me through each step, ensuring that I had everything I needed to submit my drone for processing at the DJI Center in Texas. The reason I gave him five stars is not only due to his excellent communication but also because of the reassurance he provided me. I felt confident that everything would be taken care of and that my drone would be repaired efficiently.

Fast repair with great communication. I had a major mishap with my DJI drone and needed repairs. I looked at several online repair shops and decided on Drone Nerds. It was easy to start a repair ticket. All info needed was spelled out. The charges were easy to understand. I was notified when they received it with photos of what I sent. The repair statement was brief and to the point. The entire experience from ticket submission, to packing, to mailing to receiving my drone back was 14 days. I received in great packaging.
