Ordered a $17k drone, after shipping delays, the battery station arrived with a broken wheel. Now waiting for the return process which will take a couple of weeks. I've asked for an expedited return, but no response. In the meantime, $17k is sitting in the corner.

Drone was in perfect condition was missing a piece to secure the drone in the travel case, tried to contact DroneNerds but was never returned the email.

Shipping was fine; service was fine. I was oversold…as a first drone, and my first mapping drone, I almost certainly did not need something this expensive or complicated. But it was helpful to have someone to talk to about the various models.

Arrival much faster than anticipated. Drone arrived as advertised, setup took longer than anticipated, but eventually able to work through it. Disappointed that launch button not available on screen, but may just need to do more research. Batteries drain pretty quickly compared to the Mavic 2 models, but that's to be expected with expanded thermal/magnification/multiple cam draining charge. Pleased with purchase.

The person who helped me on the phone to order a Matrice 4TD for my husband for Christmas knew next to nothing about the drone. He kept putting me on hold for verification of products. As a result I was told to order things that were backordered and unavailable. My card was charged at time of order not time of shipping. I would not order from them again. Customer service is not good.
