I looked everywhere for the product I ordered from DroneNerds. None of the usual places (Amazon, B&H) had any stock. DroneNerds had stock. I ordered at 2:30 PM and my item went out the same day. Fast service, great packaging. Overall 5 star experience.

Shipping and the way my drone was packages was outstanding!!!! This Neo drone is really fun and easy to use for beginners.

Worth every penny. But I suggest you change from fedex to UPS. They are unreliable and not easy to deal with receiving packages. The signature requirements they have make it not worth the ease of buying things online. For this reason I will not be ordering again as much as I am happy with the 1 delivery out of 2. The second order I will be canceling due to Fed Ex.

April McCauley is just what I needed to put my mind at ease. I was wondering if I was dealing with the right company to start a career as a drone pilot? From helping discern which equipment would be best for the direction in which I wanted to go to helping push through repairs in a timely fashion, to opening my eyes to the ways drones are used, she been so helpful in figuring out my destiny in a newly emerging field. Much of this is not even in her job description but I happened to ask the right questions and she had the right answers. Since having contact with her, my path has become easier and more clear to me. I was trying to figure out the new tech, not very long ago and now I am getting ready to start working under the umbrella of the sheriffs department, helping keep the public and our officers safer every day. This is a testimony to my experience with Drone Nerds and how fortunate I have been. It’s also a thank you to someone that has helped me navigate my course. It’s not saying that everyone else is going to be able to answer all their questions in the same way. I don’t believe that I have luck dripping off me, but I sure do feel like it at this time. Good initial service. Complete waste of my time today attempting to speak with someone about expedited shipping. Thirteen minutes on the phone that could have taken two minutes if the rep has honored my request to connect me with the person that handles shipping. Also, compared to other prices, found the actual repair cost to be high. Thirteen minutes doesn't sound like a lot of time, but when you deal with multiple customer service issues per day (from different companies), the time adds up.
