Website false advertised and claimed 2 weeks and I waited almost 2 months. . would have never order if they only told the truth

Fast delivery. Good packaging. Great quality items.

Bought Evo II 4T xe bundle plus 3 batteries and a spotlight/speaker. Followed through with recommended update and am having issues with the function. Reached out to customer service and said that it wasn’t there issue so contact Autel. It didn’t sit well with me after spending nearly $12,000 and 3 days later they say, “sorry your product doesn’t work, you’re on your own!”

Ordering was easy. I did not know that I would have to be home to sign for the delivery. Once I received the email from FedEx it gave a 4 hour window in the middle of the day, I work 7-5 each day. I signed to the FedEx website and tried to have them hold it at a facility where I could pick it up, which was not an option allowed by Drone Nerds. I took a vacation day from work to receive the delivery which never arrived. Apparently, I accidentally put a hold on the delivery while I was on the website (my fault) but I didn’t know that happened. I spoke with FedEx and apparently my delivery now won’t arrive until December 8th. I was so excited to get the Drone Tag Rider. I’m patiently waiting to play with my new toy.

Everybody that I talk to at drone nerds was very helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with you really but as I said the product that I purchased, it’s just not living up the wood it’s supposed to have done. I did ask your team if they had anybody there that could help me to get this thing activated, but unfortunately, you don’t have anybody that knows anything about these Beacons anyway thanks for everything

Just wish I was able to add other parts i wanted before purchase.

Daniel Viviano was my rep and he is superb. What a great asset to the company. His knowledge guided me to the right purchase. He took time to explain things and with no rush. He is outstanding.

Awful experience.

I have not yet received the item yet. After attempting to get the item expedited I still haven't seen it. DN did reach out to me with an invoice for expedited shipping which I failed to respond to. My fault, but then they just didn't ship the item at all!

I purchased my drone on a saturday night and i needed it to arrive on tuesday. I payed extra for 2 day (business day) delivery and it arrived right on time!! Its a beautiful beast!

these people are great my first order a 640 t autel bad from factory so went with the parrot things seem to be better

I had a great experience. There was an issue with my delivery address (can't ship to PO Box) and they messaged me and we got it resolved. The drone came quickly.
