FedEx still has the package. I paid extra for it to be delivered in 2 days. It was scheduled to be delivered by 1:30 PM on Thursday and then it was changed to end of day even though I could see a map with the truck by our office. We are a business and they have tried to deliver it last Thursday and Friday at 5:22 and 5:36. The last delivery attempt is today. I tried changing preferences for us to pick it up, but I am unable to change anything. I need the batteries for a job tomorrow and if I don't have them we won't be able to complete the job

Now that I know you ship fedex I doubt very seriously that I will shop drone nerds again. FedEx is a deal breaker. They are the worst. A day late from original delivery. Then the day they quoted they were 8 hours late. Drone nerds were great I just won’t buy from anyone that uses FedEx. . Sorry.

I am having a problem with a motor over heating. Looking down from the back it is the right front. It is a recently purchased DJI mini 5 pro
