Prompt replies, Very attentive and supportive. Thank you guys.

Replacing my motorcycle cover was fast and easy. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love the cover I bought for my 2000 BMW R1100RT. It fits great and compacts very nicely. Cost/value ratio is great.

These days it's rare to find a company that truly and actually stands behind their products. Most just pay lip service to what they will do when the occasion arises and then inevitably fail to show up for the customer. But not Dowco!! Not only do they stand behind their products (motorcycle covers is what I bought), but they don't make you jump through a million ridiculous hoops in order to secure a replacement. All you have to do is fill in a form online and mail in a proof of purchase tag from the cover itself and pay 10 bucks for a replacement. Pretty reasonable. This experience has made me a Dowco customer for life. Thank you.

Awesomeness

Even after many years they honored the warranty and I got a new cover that had served me well.

I am very happy with the speedy hassle free warranty replacement! Thank you!

The return process was quick and easy. However, the cover is made really weak and if someone wanted to upgrade they aren’t allowed to pay extra. That should be an option if wanted.

Had to replace my cover after a few years on my Harley Davidson. Process was easy, hassle free. I will be using a Dowco boat cover for my boat as well.

Process simple Response fast Great warranty !

Solid experience on my replacement

They are the best for your bikes

Great service Easy process to make a warranty claim

Very good item and very good customer support

Deny you have a problem, try to tell me I have to return 3 whole covers, charge $30, only then amend and tell me return the labels. Now I discover that others had the same product fail WHEN Moto IS STORED IN A GARAGE. And you block downloads of pdf that have the details.

I am very pleased with this motorcycle cover had a problem but it was taken care of under the warranty will be buying another cover for my other motorcycle thank you quality cover and quality company

Great

I bought another Guardian Weatherall Plus cover because the size L fits my bike well and is well constructed—but my experience with these covers is that after two 7-month seasons outdoors, the fabric used in them nowadays will be as fragile as toilet paper.

I received the order very quickly and I am very pleased with the product!

Excellent warranty service .
